    Well, finally to this from 6 years ago. HOPEFULLY, YOU ARE FEELING BETTER NOW IN 2023. I AM STILL LISTENING.
    Breath in and out, awareness of your breathing. Where there is fear, there is no love. When there is fear embrace it never run, it will change. As does with all emotions led by ego.

    It would be captivating, lecture about despair, existential crisis and how to overcome them in a positive way.

    Hu. I always thought I was very fearful, and I am, but this made me realize I'm pretty courages against myself. I know I can't draw, I still do it. It looks terrible. Realizing your gender identity strays from the norm is not easy.
    That said I am often completely overwhelmed, no frustration tolerance at all. Even videogames stress me out. That's pathetic. I still struggle with the fear of the oppinion of other people. If I where wise I would not care, and do what I think is best. Well I have the power to change and I'm couragous enough to try again after so many, many failures. ^^
    Thanks for the lecture.

      re tu I can totally relate. :) Feeling overwhelmed a lot, low frustration tolerance and rejection sensitivity are all common problems with ADHD. If you also have a higher tendency than “normal” to have trouble staying organized, keeping track of time, starting and/or completing daunting projects, sorting mail, paying bills, or just can’t seem to make yourself do anything that feels painfully boring...you should look into it. Or maybe that’s not you at all. If not keep seeking self knowledge...but let go of self judgement. Understanding and accepting who we are is the first step that has to be taken before changing who we are...otherwise we are just swimming against our own current. It sounds like you have no lack of courage at all to me! :)

    I'm not sure it is animal instinct to fear heights, have you ever seen the goats that climb up mountains?
    It's a human fear that has us afraid of heights, we say "don't go up to high" to our kids as we fear for them, and then they fear for themselves

  • @VanKrumm

    Activly living with philosophy sometimes feels like more of an effort, than not. If there was anything good that has come out of my learning over the past few years, courage is not one of them.

    30:20. Evolution is the compass of Right and Wrong. Helping evolution is good. Hindering evolution is bad. Evil is "bad" done to others.
    56:00 Fear is born by the pursue of an certain desired personal favorable outcome and vanishes when you just follow the personal duty.

    • @post-structuralist
      @post-structuralist ปีที่แล้ว

      That's realtive. There is no good or bad in the world. We make it. You almost make it sound like an objective truth, when there doesn't seem to be that.

    • @post-structuralist
      @post-structuralist ปีที่แล้ว

      And your definition of fear covers up complex configurations. What do you mean it vanishes when pursuing a personal duty? Fear is not correlative with that. They are not mutual. One can have fear concerning others, for example.

    • @andreiandrei9059
      @andreiandrei9059 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@post-structuralist Man's duty is to Act Justly. The Result of the action is not in man's power, so Success or Failure doesn't matter. When one takes a just action and the result doesn't matter, one is not (and can not be) afraid. Fear concerning things that you can not influence is Irrational; if one is scared in such conditions, that shows the lack of proper education that produced a defective personality.

    • @post-structuralist
      @post-structuralist ปีที่แล้ว

      @@andreiandrei9059 There is no duty to man, the doctrine you follow us just dogma. When we are born, we are influenced by our culture, thus their ideas are instilled in us. There is no "duty", and it is not intrinsic. Perhaps you have been miseducated to believe that there is a thing that holds power over you.

    • @post-structuralist

      @@andreiandrei9059 There is no duty the human race, or the individual has. The individual decides what he chooses to follow and what he doesn't.
