Being in a tent during a sand storm in Death Valley can be an unpleasant experience, but placing the tent on the top of a rocking 4x4 would make me sea-sick and longing for solid ground under me. Good to see they held up though, as I've seen cheep tents destroyed in Saline Valley.
Cheap tents are just that! Tepui tents are tested tough! I know, I've shot several videos where we don't hold back! But yes, Those wind storms are not fun!

Any advice on traveling through lippincott road. I have a silverado 1500 4x4 crew cab and was wondering if its too big for this road?awesome video and the sandstorm was crazy
PyRoTECniQues Lippincott Road you should be fine. Although there are some tight corners. Also depending on recent rock falls if any. Reach out to Fourpointsadventures.com and ask, they are up there frequently and are not only the best guides but know best too.
