    As a man in his 60s. I wish I watched this video on my 40s. By doing overhead work on my shoulders. My shoulders are now a mess. I made some great games using heavyweight and extending my arms to all kinds of word angles. Short-term games, can lead to a lifetime of pain. Younger folks be advised.

      Man I am pumped to get going on these. Thank you for showing us how to do it right. What are the differences between pain in the muscle from workout vs injury causing pain that you find out that you injured yourself?

    First day impressions:It arrived in a waist high box. th-cam.com/users/postUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 Each dumbbell was in its own foam box within the shipping box. Everything was secure and in good shape. No weird smells. The weight changing mechanism is really smooth and straight forward. Changing weight is really fast and easy. Though the handle is plastic, I don't think it will be breaking anytime soon. So far pretty impressed after my first session with them. I was afraid they were going to be too wide at first, but I didn't have any issues with them while doing upright rows.

    Super videos and excellent presentation with a calming voice. I am glad i found you. I am 61 and healthy. I was doing some push ups (started with 15x2 ,then 20x3 then increased to 20x5= 100) and now feeling mild pain on my shoulders and upper back. So i stopped doing excercise fearing injury.. Can i start again with this exercise ? I want to start again . will you spare a moment for me pls? I dont have any issues ,but only mild pain on right shoulder and upper back.

    So in a nutshell
    1)front raise
    2)lateral raise
    3)external rotation
    4)bent over rows
    5)bent over lateral raise
    6)bicep curl
    7)tricep extension

    Thanks a lot for the wonderful video. I am a new subsriber to your channel. I have been suffering from mild pain on my shoulder and upper back area for a week after some push up and home workout (only with dumbels) . Can i do this shoulder excercies for shoulder pain relief? The video description says "It’s a great starting point if you are just getting into resistance training activities or are starting exercise therapy to help treat shoulder pain" So i am little confused, Your reply will be great relief to me. Thanks in advance.

    Is it harmful to do these exercises while having a moderate shoulder joint arthrosis? My shoulder is not painful yet but it's quite damaged by arthrosis.

    my weights are 2kg on one hand and lateral raise is too difficult for me. Is this because i’m underweight ? 45kg 16yr old girl 5’3

      Feel free to use something lighter such as a water bottle until you build the strength to increase weights!

    Quite sad. I’m 13 and can’t even do full exercises with 2,5 kg dumbbells. Training to support my own 55kg weight :(

      Im in the same situation, mate! But dont worry, youll get stronger over time if you exercise, a lot of people in school didnt believe i could get anywhere, but im gonna prove them wrong!

      Thanks for the support, actually, I’ve been going to the gym for some time now, I’ve gotten a lot stronger now. 2.5 kg isn’t really a problem for me now! :D
