Planning on selling my house in Central Florida by the end of this year and thinking about moving over to Prescott Valley. I hear Prescott Valley has more jobs for an average blue-collar person.
In Florida our property tax is kind of high and our automotive insurance is ridiculous. Specially, sport bikes. 😢. Are there any unusually high fees that come along with Arizona? I would have to ask what’s going on with the side-by-side, recreational vehicles, being street legal?
They’re is definitely more growth in the Prescott Valley area so that also helps with job creation. As for taxes they are lower than Florida for sure. Registration for bikes and side by sides is not terrible. What does get you though is the car registration of the car is new and was a high price point. The older the car the lower the fees. You should subscribe to CyFy Home Inspections TH-cam channel. Most of his inspections are of new home builds in Phoenix. You can tell that Cy is just irritated now, because the violations he's finding aren't just rookie mistakes. At Christmas I was talking to my relative who lives in Prescott Valley. Sorry to sound like a Negative Nancy, but my relative says that Prescott Valley keeps allowing new development, but the city isn't expanding downtown roads to accommodate the extra traffic. Maybe this traffic issue could be a topic of another one of your videos?
