    This guy really don't know anything about india. It's been around 25 years for him living outside of India, so may be he is not aware about the things here. As India is a really big country approximately 32 times bigger than South Korea, so you guy's can imagine that how big and diverse it is. Some of the Indian states are even bigger than that of whole South Korea. There are about 28 states and 8 union territories in India and I am sure that he might have visited only 5 to 6 indian state's only. It's better to interview anyone from your country who have been to India. Indian culture and food is more diverse than that of any country in this world, so how can he knows what people eat here, whenever he's only selling butter chicken even that is not authentic and customized according to your taste. ...... this guy really don't know anything about Indian.

    It just gives the audience the feeling that what he said is true. This makes people confused. They will believe India is like that!

    I think people here in India are aware of how technologically advanced and developed South Korea is. I have seen some videos where Indians were interviewed but they hardly knew anything about South Korea. But those were done only in a specific region for which whole nation cannot be taken into account. Also we know about the ongoing tensions between North and South Korea and how South Korea is one of the safest places. Still this video was awesome for introducing Korean culture and food to Indians. Though I think that Lucky does not have a proper idea about India as a whole since India is so vast and a mixture of all kinds of cultures one can probably find in the whole world.

    • @aayansh3919
      @aayansh3919 3 ปีที่แล้ว +6

      LOL I know I am ignorant. I didn't know about South Korea up until my 10 grade or so. I only knew North Korea as Korea and obviously the most famous Korean out there, Mr. Kim Jong Un. My idea of Asian countries was either the southeast countries or China or Japan. SK's entertainment industry has probably done a better job at exporting their culture than any of their previous achievements.

      Like many North Indians and NRIs, Lucky is extremely ignorant about India.
      However India doesn't have the store bought meal culture like in North Korea and Japan.
      I think Lucky was talking about entire dinner and lunch sets you get in Korean convinience stores.
      You can eat entire salads, cooked fish, burgers, rice meal sets, steaks meal sets and other homemade style foods in boxes that you can just heat up in the microwave and eat without cooking in utensils.

I understand that this show is about showing Indians Korea for the first time - but if you’re gonna use India and it’s culture as examples or comparisons at least show them a respectable, correct image of your home country. If I was in Lucky’s place I would try to also talk about diverse Indian culture, food, in a beautiful way. But the way he talks about it- makes it seem like India doesn’t have much to offer. She is a mother of us.
      From the starting of my childhood I grew up with a cow in my backyard. My grand mother told me that she was my second mother. Though I don't remember well but I had seen tears in her eyes.. it was so strong emotion that I can't describe. It's pure. I miss her. 🥺
