In ancient time Koreans used Chinese charcter(only character, not language. like some countries use english alphabets even though they don't speak English) to write down Korean. Korean words which sounds similar to Tamil have been used before the creation of Hangul, so Tamil and Hangul aren't related.

First of all 70% out of those 2000 words which sound identical to those of Tamil's originated from Chinese characters, or otherwise hanja, so it's not even fair to compare them. You're just unknowingly proving yourself how Tamil and Chinese are related. After watching so many Korean series I realised definitely some link with Tamil.. the traditions, cultures, respect to elders,. The sentence formation grammar are so similar between two languages. The expressions, scolding tone and words are also so much similar. Also I find an inherent connection where I feel a similar calming effect when I hear Someone talking Korean.

On observations...I think most of the languages shares common words for the same thing. Korean has nothing to do with Tamil. When we compare the numbers of two languages, there's nothing that looks similar. If the two languages are related, the numbers will be simillar.

I am Korean, I've learned that story of king Kim Su Ro and Ayuta queen Heo Hwang OK during my school period. All Korean know this. Lots of evidence can be found still.
bts army I think you might find some similarities with Kannada too (although a little less than Tamil) . Kannada and Tamil split from proto Tamil less than 2000 years ago. So they are still very similar in many ways.

We Tamils also have the formal/ informal language system. We use a different intonation if we are speaking to our elders. Also, in Korean, the term 'maknae' refers to the youngest right? In Tamil, 'Magane' means one's son. Both words refer to people below their age.

Many South Indian languages are all similar to korean... tamil, telugu, Kannada... All of which have sanskrit in them... Even the emotions that your movies or stories have are very relatable to us Indians.

When i first watched kdrama...i was so surprised when i heard the korean dialogue intonation...i thought the tone is very similar with tamil...I'm Malaysian...we have indian tamil speaker here too...the tone sounds exactly like my tamil friend's talking..
Malaysia has a good number of Tamilian speaking people so it's quite normal if you can recognise it. I think Tamilian if they had to learn korean it might be a slight easier for them

인도의 드라비드어와 타밀어는 우리와 언어와 체계가 유사하고 많이 닮아있어요. 세계언어는 하나였는데 산스크리트어가 말을 바르게 표기하도록 하는일과 한국에서도 훈민정음을 통해 바르게 적을 수있어 시간이 오래지나도 변함이 없었던 것입니다..스리랑카 싱할라어에도 천여개의 비슷한말이 있답니다.
제 언어 도 타밀어에요. 한국어 배우고 시작일때 진짜 놀랐어요. 똑같은 말 너무 많아요. 한국어로 plant 가 풀이잖아요. 타밀어로 grass가 풀이에요. 그리고 그것만 아니에요. 한글이랑 똑같이 생긴 타밀 글 도 많아요. 예를들면 'ㅂ' 타밀어로 'ப' 이에요. 'ㅁ' 타밀어로 'ம' 이에요. ㄹ- ல. 제가 항상 헷갈리는 한글은 'ㄴ' 에요. 타밀어에서 똑같은 글 있지만 발음이 완전 다르다.... 'ட' 이건 타밀어에요. 비름은 ㅌ 랑 비슷해요.

In ancient time Koreans used Chinese charcter(only character, not language. like some countries use english alphabets even though they don't speak English) to write down Korean. Korean words which sounds similar to Tamil have been used before the creation of Hangul, so Tamil and Hangul aren't related.

You're just unknowingly proving yourself how Tamil and Chinese are related. After watching so many Korean series I realised definitely some link with Tamil.. the traditions, cultures, respect to elders,.
The sentence formation grammar are so similar between two languages. The expressions, scolding tone and words are also so much similar.

We Tamils also have the formal/ informal language system. We use a different intonation if we are speaking to our elders. Also, in Korean, the term 'maknae' refers to the youngest right? In Tamil, 'Magane' means one's son. Both words refer to people below their age.

When i first watched kdrama...i was so surprised when i heard the korean dialogue intonation...i thought the tone is very similar with tamil...I'm Malaysian...we have indian tamil speaker here too...the tone sounds exactly like my tamil friend's talking..

제 언어 도 타밀어에요. 한국어 배우고 시작일때 진짜 놀랐어요. 똑같은 말 너무 많아요. 한국어로 plant 가 풀이잖아요. 타밀어로 grass가 풀이에요. 그리고 그것만 아니에요. 한글이랑 똑같이 생긴 타밀 글 도 많아요. 예를들면 'ㅂ' 타밀어로 'ப' 이에요. 'ㅁ' 타밀어로 'ம' 이에요. ㄹ- ல. 제가 항상 헷갈리는 한글은 'ㄴ' 에요. 타밀어에서 똑같은 글 있지만 발음이 완전 다르다.... 'ட' 이건 타밀어에요. 비름은 ㅌ 랑 비슷해요.
한국어로 plant는 식물이고 grass가 풀이에요!

한글은 조선 세종대왕님께서 만드신 것으로 그 ㅂ은 우연 같고, ㅁ은 전혀 안 닮았으며 ㄹ하고 ㄴ은 중동 아랍어랑 많이 비슷할 뿐 딱히 같다고 의미 부여를 할 수는 없을 것 같습니다.

참고로 세계에서 고인돌이 가장 많이 분포하는 지역이 한반도와 타밀이 위치한 인도 동남부입니다.
와...고인돌까지 따지면 청동기시대 단군조선까지도 거슬러 올라가는건데 뭔가 있는건 확실한데 지리적으로 생각보다 먼 인도 그것도 타밀지역에 한해서 유사점이 발견되는건 신기하긴 하네요. 역사학자들이나 언어학자들은 이미 이 점을 알고 많이 연구했을텐데 궁금하네.
