Steve, any ramen places that you can recommend that doesn't "focus" on curry? My favorite was and is "Adjisen Ramen". They closed Century City location and have 2 very far from Beverly Hills. There is Lei Ki Ramen (spell) but in their broth, there is always pork--no pork 😞 "Kazan Ramen" here in Beverly Hills, I never tried. They say they are the best.... Thanks
