Actually your also forgetting that in the same game “fallout 3” Gary is used quiet famously as a name of clones that ran a muck in Vault 108. Leaving the name Gary as a throw back to the entire inheritance of Gary’s that lived in vault 108.

Fun fact, in promotional material for Fallout 3, the main characters name was revealed to be Albert in a variety of promotional content as well as Gary being a reference to Fallout 3 as one of the vaults (Vault 108) was a cloning vault filled with a ton of Gary’s.
Gary is also the name of a vault dweller who had many clones of himself. 😂

I used to say “cyberpunk is everything Fallout wishes it could be” but in truth Fallout does the horror vibe way better than Cyberpunk and the characters are a bit more interesting in my opinion.

GURPS is still actually usable to this day as a tabletop RPG. There's expansions for damn near anything and everything, too, but the trick is you're gonna have to write all your own adventures.

I honestly wish CDPR didn't cram their games with so many easter eggs and references. They feel cheap and tacky and work to undo the immersiveness of their worlds which they are otherwise so brilliant at creating

She shares the same voice and acts just like Rebecca from Cyberpunk Edgerunners. She always talks about this dead raider named David (yes really) who created her to sound and act like his dead girlfriend. The crazy part is that this sounds like a obvious easter egg to Cyberpunk but its actually not since Rose has been around for a few years before Edgerunners was a thing.
