    We used to have cubed Spam with pasta and pasta sauce when we were younger and it was FAB. This looks so Delicious Grill Sergeant!!! I was salivating just by reading the title!!!! 10/10 Dude

    I've been making these for quite a few years now and people always love it. It is true that store bought rub can make it TOO salty very easy. The best way to do this is make your own rub and scale back the salt by half.

    Went to Lowe's 2 weeks ago and brought home the newer Pit Boss. Your videos were very persuasive . I have had Weber kettle for years, and will still use it, but the Pit Boss is phenomenal . Thanks for making and posting great videos.

    It's so odd to hear someone say that they've never had Spam. It's like an American saying that they've never had Mc Donalds. Since Spam was new to you I suggest having musubi, frying Spam, or having it with hash browns, eggs, onions, and bell peppers. All those options are delicious!

      Policeking2003 And I have yet to put something in the smoker that the combo does not pair well with. Worth a try if you can find the charcoal pellets!

    Put the pig powder in a plastic bag. Insert the Spam & toss to coat evenly.

      Grill Sergeant the first nope was for the pellet grill, the second for the spam, and the third because three is the perfect number. 🤘🏻

      I do not cook fake food … I smoke a Brisket, the Flat has less fat, that is where the Burnt Ends come from … In the old days that part was trimmed off and not sold by BBQ establishments …
