Cross-fitter Tries Brazilian JuJitsu (BJJ) for the First Time Ever!

We tried out BJJ for the first time ever! As a long time athlete I tried to go into this experience with no expectations other than learning about this new form of fitness and getting to know this new community. I had a blast and met some amazing people and TBH got one of the best workouts I've had in a long time!
