HALF BUTTERFLY GUARD 3 MUST KNOW KIMURA VARIATIONS //
In this video I demonstrate 3 must know kimura variations from the half butterfly guard.
The kimura is one of the most versatile attacks in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Although frequently perceived as a submission, the kimura is in fact a method of control.
You can use the kimura to attack the back, sweep, pass guard, etc.
