Angelina was asked when she was about 8 or 9 what/how she sings like she does, everyone asks that. But this particular response was what I felt the first time I heard her in 2015. She said "when I sing I go to another world" I knew from my first listen she could channel spirits, her I put a spell on you is the most glaring example. He died with just my mom and I there. I had to be strong for my mom. I held my brothers hand and prayed. I told him he didn’t have to be strong anymore. I would take care of our mom. He took his last couple of breaths. I kissed his face as tears dropped from my eyes. Oh how I will miss my big brother. It was just me now left. I felt so scared as my mom was in her own months of passing. How would I make it all alone? My mom is so very sick now. I see her suffering but I know she’s scared of me being alone. Everytime I listen to this song, can't help to cry. I lost my father 2 years ago and this makes me think of him. Anyone who has endured loss this song can be for you. Fable, Great reaction as always. What I liked so much about the video, (other than Angelina’s outstanding performance) is it’s simplicity. It is free of the usual over-the-top visual production. It was shot in B&W, Angelina is dressed in black, standing on a small stage in a dark room, sparsely lit, accompanied by a cello and a piano, (both musicians were barely visible) and with the brightest light shining on Angelina’s beautiful face. This video reflects the minimalist, no nonsense and simple setting that we Angelina fans are accustomed to seeing her in. It gave a sense of intimacy between Angelina and us, her fans. I wonder if it was Angelina and her grandmother that chose this setting.
All black worked for Johnny Cash, and it works for Angelina, a tall, elegant, regal, statuesque, beautiful, woman/child. If Billie Eilish is watching Angelina sing this black and white masterpiece, she must be a little jealous, or perhaps alot jealous.

My second favorite song of 2020 is Million Miles. So, I get to both start and end this year on musical (and emotional) highpoints with Angelina. After listening to the new version of Million Miles about 50 times, I understood why Angie composed it 3 times and made 3 releases: I was not satisfied. I explain: the first version musically is extraordinary, wonderful but Angelina is a musical narrator, she paints musical pictures (she is not just a singer) and I am sure that she did not find the narration in the first version. At the level of "musical painting" this version is an EPIC WORK OF MUSIC, the musical lines of the accompaniment fluctuate in the environment like "the spirit of the loved one", also note that the accompanying melodic lines "hit" in the expressions of the text "painful" and "diluted" in reflections. I also realized that voids are unison, that is, both Angie when singing respects the void of the lyrics (lost) as well as the accompaniment respects that void (lost) This musical work is worthy of a MASTER OF CLASSIC MUSIC OF THE 1700.

This song really represents a year in which so many lives were lost due to the inconsequence of the human being. This music ends as many people's lives have ended, abruptly, without even being able to say goodbye. We have similar thoughts about this one. When I saw it last week, I was immediately reminded of what a natural beauty Angelina is, and also thought the black and white helped to bring focus to that. Not to take away from any of the reactors, but one of my favorites is a recent discovery named Ceci Dover. She is a voice coach and Mexican, and if it weren't for closed caption, I would have no idea what she was saying, but that really isn't needed. My favorite song of 2020 is Angelina's Bohemian Rhapsody. This is where I first started my Angelina journey and have heard it 100s of times. 2020 started out fine. My second favorite song of 2020 is Million Miles. So, I get to both start and end this year on musical (and emotional) highpoints with Angelina. I feel like this song works for me not just with departed loved one, but also with the year itself. Despite isolation and quarantine, we are never alone. Thanks. Good luck with the changes. After listening to the new version of Million Miles about 50 times, I understood why Angie composed it 3 times and made 3 releases: I was not satisfied. I explain: the first version musically is extraordinary, wonderful but Angelina is a musical narrator, she paints musical pictures (she is not just a singer) and I am sure that she did not find the narration in the first version. At the level of "musical painting" this version is an EPIC WORK OF MUSIC, the musical lines of the accompaniment fluctuate in the environment like "the spirit of the loved one", also note that the accompanying melodic lines "hit" in the expressions of the text "painful" and "diluted" in reflections. I also realized that voids are unison, that is, both Angie when singing respects the void of the lyrics (lost) as well as the accompaniment respects that void (lost) This musical work is worthy of a MASTER OF CLASSIC MUSIC OF THE 1700.
A purity of voice, piano and cello in perfect emotional balance. Black and white imagery precludes distraction from the heart of this earnestly gorgeous song. I weep, I smile, I wait, I hope.

You are so right when you describe her beauty as "classic". Coincides with her classic jazz style. She has matured very quickly both vocally and physically. Just as with her vocals, she doesn't overdo it presenting herself. At 17/18 she will have vocal and physical stature beyond compare. What can you say? She is simply STUNNING!! Well done mate, you feel the same things as me with the beautiful song from AJ. I have listened to all of her music and I will be as bold to say she the greatest I've ever heard. I believe generations from now will acknowledge her as the 'GOAT' (Greatest Of All Time).
So great to see Angelina sing live again, especially with this healing song in troubled times. The artwork she and grandma did for the original release was awesome, but this magnificent video is epic! I think this will rival her other B&W from years past. I'm so happy for her successes all these years, and I think she has found a great home at Republic for her talent. Her uncle Michael deserves a lot of credit too. One day I'll get my greatest wish, to see her sing in person. Angie’s fans will treasure this performance forever. This song really represents a year in which so many lives were lost due to the inconsequence of the human being. This music ends as many people's lives have ended, abruptly, without even being able to say goodbye. It may be a bit dramatic or absurd what I’m going to say but the world we live in right now doesn’t deserve people like Angelina’s soul, I'm thankful for discovering her because she makes me believe in the human being again. As you mentioned, watching Angelina sing definitely adds another layer of wonder beyond just hearing her (especially here). I think maybe it is something about the combination of her quiet intensity and focus, her obvious confidence and serenity in front of the microphone and the weight of the message (this message) that she is delivering so powerfully! Yet even as she delivers such a personal and emotional song, even watching you realize you can't anticipate the timbre, volume, power, or angst of even her next phrase or syllable. We have similar thoughts about this one. When I saw it last week, I was immediately reminded of what a natural beauty Angelina is, and also thought the black and white helped to bring focus to that.
As to your favorite song mention, we are more or less thinking the same thing. I just phrase it a little differently: every song Angelina does has potential to become my favorite. I've found it impossible to pick a favorite from her inventory though, as most are so wonderful.

Not to take away from any of the reactors, but one of my favorites is a recent discovery named Ceci Dover. She is a voice coach and Mexican, and if it weren't for closed caption, I would have no idea what she was saying, but that really isn't needed. Just watch her face and all the emotion Angelina puts in to the song, comes right back out through her. Do a search for her, I'm sure you will enjoy her reactions.

As always a great reaction. The more I watch this live performance the more I appreciate the gift that this beautiful young woman has given to the world. In these troubled times the lyrics, the melody and most importantly her amazing voice are an antidote for all the fear and negativity brought on by this pandemic. For me this song, aa sung by this amazing artist, is in class by itself. i will add it to my list of favorites and drop the modifier of for 2020.
