The First Order Stormtroopers, or simply Stormtroopers, were the standard foot soldiers of the First Order. Stormtroopers of the First Order were equipped with sleek armor and powerful weapons such as the F-11D blaster rifle, utilizing them to enforce the will of the First Order. They existed approximately thirty years after the Battle of Endor, and were based on the Imperial Stormtroopers used by the Galactic Empire previously.
Along with standard troopers, the First Order also organized specialized units, including Flametroopers, Snowtroopers, Heavy Artillery, and First Order Riot Control Stormtroopers.

Great video! I've got the Black Series and S.H.Figuarts Stormtrooper, and Bandai's kit is easily my fave. The super crisp molding detail, and fun factor of building an expertly engineered kit, can't be beat. Easily worth every dollar. Thanks for the vid.

+BUILDERs TV by awful I meant the general idea of designing blasters in black and white color scheme.. Your application of paint is fine. Personally though I think that it makes it look like toys, not weapons. They totally abused those two colors on everything stormtrooper related.

+BUILDERs TV well, I am not sure, thats why i need to see the movie again. It definitely had it moments but also quite a few issues. Feels like they have rushed some characters too much, considering we all know there are going to be at least 2 more movies with the same main characters. Kylo gets his ass kicked way too fast and by someone who never before had a lit lightsaber in her hands. Besides he is a little bit too bland of a character once he takes his mask off. And a little weird too. Like he oficially is not part of the chain of command in the first order and eyt he behaves as if he had the same position as Vader in the Empire. I do wish we actually saw more of Order of Ren. Kylo is sort of freelancer, almost like a Bounty Hunter, excepts he he doesnt work for money or anyone in particular. He has his own visions and ideas and yet requires help from first order to achieve them. First of all i wish he was a little older (more memorable voice would help as well). Then he should be in charge of knights of Ren. He shouldnt have to rely on stormtroopers. I like the idea of him following his own path and not really listening to Snooke's orders. I dont like that despite that he still needs his troopers. He should be more independent. And if anything, he should have won the duel. The whole movie should have ended like the emprie strikes back where both finn and rey get their asses kicked, simply because they are utterly unprepared. And instead what we have is this weird, hard to explain situation. Movie is too standalone. Should ahve more open ending.

Was it really hard to apply paint and the little stickers? would one need an exacto knife to do it right?

+Andre S I am gonna leave as it is. BANDAI get this product special treatment. So, you don't need to do treatment after building. Its gloss is very close to real stormtrooper armor.
Great. Thanks for the input. How do you try to hide the nub marks? Obviously sanding is not an option cause it'll ruin the glossy finish.
They provide under-gate to hide nub marks ;) Don't worry.

finished assembling this kit last night.. accidentally dropped the trooper while trying to make him stand on the given base, with the shield on his hand and guess what? i broke 2 of the 4 small black things on the corner. i think they should make holes on the shield and the black things poking out of them. *cries
+bridex1 Oh... sorry to hear that. you know? Actually the corner of my shield was also broken during assembly... I've edited the video not to figure out. ㅠ_ㅠ. The strength of the corner is so weak. So, I want to let the other builders know this fact.

For 1st question, it's a white gundam marker. For 2nd question, glue is not needed for bandai models thx ;)

a somewhat silly question. with the pieces do you just pull them out of the frames or do you use a knife or something like that?
I just pull them out. If the knife is used, the product can be damaged. If it's helpful, please subscribe ;) Thx.
I use a small exacto blade made for modeling to get the pieces off the spru, if you just pull them off, more plastic residue will be left and you have to be really sloppy to actually hurt the pieces while cutting them
+Ryan Doonan A-ha, I've misunderstood meaning of" with the pieces" you told. I use a nipper to cut out the parts from runner. If you use the nipper for plamodels, you can minimize its residue of the runner gate. :D
