They aren't his bosses. They work at the place that has the clog. He gets paid to do what he does. They don't. Plus all of his equipment is extremely unsanitary and they're not covered by the plumbers insurance when they contract hepatitis from putting their hands in communal shit.
I like to watch some bits and ask a couple questions when having work done, so i know for the future what to expect should problems arise again. but its clear when the workers are trying to focus to take a step back and keep quiet. Honestly you learn more that way most of the time.
