I can vouch for that as well, the Grouse Grind and BCMC trails are both my favorite. Another option I discovered for the winter season is from the top of Grouse via the Snowshoe Grind to top of Dam Mtn.

Love this trail. I was up there last September and had zero views too but the cause was forest fire smoke!! Maybe next time ….!
