This has been in the making more than 2 years...he watched roast with kids to prepare....but until it happens you don't know what the reaction would be
Also speaking up about it like this only draws more attention to it. It sucks that his family felt hurt, but you just have to move on.

Schulz said on his podcast that he had bunch of jokes lined up in case people said stuff similar his roasts already. It was all live and while they did have teleprompter, it wasn't staged or scripted
