I literally just got one in the mail and decided to watch a few more videos on it and stumbled upon your video and channel. Your personal experience with your own hair is similar to mine, so to see these results with this styler gets me so excited to try it! I especially appreciate your honesty about your breakage and how you feel comfortable using this, all while getting great results with it. Not to mention when you used it on your natural hair! AMAZING! Best of all, your own excitement is not only beautiful to watch but gets me even more pumped! I was smiling and giggling with you! Thank you for sharing your experience! I'm rushing to get mine opened to try it! Instantly subscribed 🤗
I have seen lot of videos about this tool and definitely this is the best video. I am 50 years old and my hair is not the same as I was 20. I love this video THANK YOU SO MUCH ❤
Hi! I’m SO glad to find you!! I just stumbled across your Video and LOVED it! I actually own this Shark but never knew how to use the Dry Comb part and your Tutorial was PERFECT for NORMAL Women like myself who aren’t Stylists but at least understand our Hair and what it needs! PLUS you’re SO Nice and Welcoming and REAL!! Your new Friend, Linda 👍❤️🙏🌹
This is one of the best review I’ve seen before with this product ,I bought in new year and returned because I didn’t like the result at first but I found out that it was because I used wrong I bought it back yesterday to give it a second chance and I found your video and got excited with it but most of all because the way you explained step by step now I don’t regret to purchased it back again , you are beautiful by the way and thank you for this amazing review 😊 where did you buy your regular brush by the way ? I love it 🥰
Thanks for this. I have hair just like hers and decided to give it a shot. Should be to soon. Its taken about 1.5 to 2 weeks to get to me from Shark. Hope its not too heavy to work with. Im an ex cosmetologist now retired.
I’m going now to buy this. My hair is almost exactly to yours. The style is the same and texture. It’s wavy with frizz the only difference i would say is mine isn’t as damaged and it’s longer. But everything else is exactly the same. I’m really excited to try this. For me I hav3 to blow dry my hair then take one of those really big curling irons with the fat barrels to get the look I like it’s pretty much the same look you have. I haven’t bought an6 of the other brush drying irons because I didn’t think they would work for me but this one I think will work amazingly for my hair. Thank you for the review. Do you still love the shark now that you’ve used it for a while?
I looked into this, but those dry hair hot plates only have one temp setting: 420 degrees, which would destroy my hair. I keep my flat iron around 350. I was sad bc this seemed like a game changer.
I thought the same way because I already have damage. What makes this one different is your hair passes through quickly as opposed to a flat iron. But...everyone's hair is different on what it can handle. I too wish they had put a way to choose it's heat. I think that was a misstep on their part. Thanks Darlene!
Great review! I had not seen this advertised anywhere, but I may need to purchase. I like that it is not outrageously hot. And the results you got on air dried hair were amazing.
Hi! I just got this yesterday. My hair is very similar to yours. I tried it yesterday on a strand and loved it. Can you please give an update on how you like it so far? I'm concerned about it damaging my har after using it for a while because of the combs temperature being at 400 degrees and no way to adjust that temp. I didn't know about that when I purchased it. Have you seen any hair breakage? Split end?
I just discovered your channel and am really enjoying your tips and your honesty about your journey. Suggestion: I have that dries curly and I like to wear it straight. I also don't like to spend time styling my hair. I use large velcro rollers. I simply roll my hair when it's wet (use clips to keep them in place), give it 30 minutes to an hour (walk around, make your coffee, etc). Then as I remove each roller do a quick pass with the brush/blow dryer if it's still damp followed by a quick pass of the flat iron (I do this section by section). This process leaves me with straight, shiny hair and I spend less than 10 minutes styling it. This would also help to spare your hands. :)
Hi! Thank you for reviewing this. I hadn't heard of it. It did a great job on your hair! One thing that I use to combat frizz is a leave in conditioner. Pureology. It's been a game changer for me.
I also have very fine easily tangled hair, but lots of it. I've been using the Revlon one step volumizing hair brush tool for a while and love it. I dry my long hair from very wet. It does take a while and I do need to run a strategy over it quickly after. But it was less than $50.
They make all these type dryers sooooooo big as if everyone has long hair. Apparently anyone with shorter hair doesn’t count. In addition I have hair tools from the dark ages☺️for some reason they aren’t so bulky, cumbersome and HEAVY.
So cute! I got mine today, and it works magically! I have fine, very frizzy hair, and it did an amazing job! FYI , Costco is selling it now for $59.99.
Have you ever used the Revlon brush that’s been out for a few years? I’ve been using it for probably 4-5 years and like it but it’s heavy and gets way too hot even on the cooler temp. I wonder how the size, temp and heaviness compares to that one. Anyone know? I’ve been looking for something else but they are all so expensive. Bobbi, your hair looked amazing using it. You’re so cute when you get excited on how it was working 😂
Yes, I have the Revlon one and it gets way too hot. The low on this one is much cooler, but the high on it is too hot. I was fine with the low for most of my hair though. I do think this one is a bit heavier than the Revlon because of the coils, but I was fine with it even with my arthritis. Thanks Karen!
Literally just used it. Very good. I have the tresemme equivalent brush tho it doesn't have the hot comb . Its not much heavier than that. Defintely good for smoothing and not flattening
Have you used Wow dream coat? I love, love it. I also like Catwalk root boost. Another under rated product is Paul Mitchell Invisibleware texture spray. I enjoy your channel. Thanks
I have not had good luck with this type of styler. Way too hot and too awkward for my arms with nerve damage. It looks okay when I am done, but it’s just too big, heavy, and clunky for me. A smaller version? Maybe.
It does look bulky and heavy. I also have arthritis in both hands and I didn't have a problem holding it for as long as I needed to. We are all so different though.
Honestly...NO! It does look bulky and it's definitely heavier than the Revlon or the T3, but I had no problem holding it for the whole style. Yes...hopefully a Black Friday sale comes! Good Idea Debbie!
As you have used it for a while now, did the odd smell ever go away? Would love to know as I’m really sensitive to that sort of thing. Really enjoy your videos!
The best thing about this product is that it doesn't 'fry' your hair! I find it best to use when hair is almost dry and use the moisture from your spray protectant to style. Then finish with the dry styler.
That worked great! Your hair looks so shinny and soft! What is the name of the brush you use to brush your hair after each pass of the tool? It looks interesting
Do you mean does the frizz come back? I haven’t noticed that. If it’s a humid day that will obviously effect the frizz but it has otherwise lasted through the next wash.
Yours looks nice. I just bought a Tymo love it! I have a light weight blow dryer for my Fibromyalgia issues. The Tymo I used once, and went out and the young man in his 20s gave me a compliment on how nice my hair looked. He’d seen it before the Tymo comb straighter, and I agree it’s a huge difference. I have thick, course, wavy hair.
Thanks for reviewing this. It seems to give no root lift/volume at all, makes the root flat. Your top is so pretty. I'm so very grateful that you're here !
Say I'm seriously considering getting this $99 for me ain't cheap, but I'd like to try a great blow dry brush. I have frizzy hair near my hairline (menopause 😭) do you still like it and how is your hair after using this tool?
I do still like it, but I recently cut my hair and I liked it better for my longer hair. I'm not sure if you will like it for getting really close to your hair line. It's worth the try as long as where you buy it allows returns.
😀 wonderful I'm gonna use my Kohl's cash today and pick it up! Does it still give off that strange smell you mentioned? Thank you for responding! So appreciate your review and response. God bless and have a Happy Easter!:)
Omg she’s so cute when she starts trying the dry hair mode with her smile! ❤

Your excitement is contagious! Ive been smiling ear to ear watching ..cant wait to get mine. your hair looks beautiful !
Thank you for reviewing this tool. It looks like it did a really good job, but it also looked like it took more time than I'm willing to spend.
Yeah, I get that! A few have said that so I must have done a bad job on showing it. It has actually sped up my time. 🤷♀️
I really enjoyed your review. Honest, realistic and entertaining. You have a lovely smile! I'm excited to get my smoothstyle
Oh, you look gorgeous when you are excited! I am happy for you! The tool does his job very good too!❤❤

How do you like it after this time, does it give you damage?
Hi I believe the regular hairbrush is by L’Ange, the same brand as the dryer she used to do the Rough dry before starting with the Shark. 😻
I really loved the next day video. That was a true stress test of the product!!
Ok well you’re hair is gorgeous all around. The tool is pretty cool too 😊
Your hair looks gorgeous.

I am loving it. It’s just so easy to get the look I want with one tool. I do hope they come out with a smaller one for those with shorter hair.
Thank you for the honest review doll, it’s very helpful, I’m gonna buy it ♥️

I got this last week and am impressed with it. Thanks for sharing your video!
Hi! Thank you for reviewing this. I hadn't heard of it. It did a great job on your hair! One thing that I use to combat frizz is a leave in conditioner. Pureology. It's been a game changer for me.
I haven't tried the Pureology one, but I have the Oribe one. It's helpful for me, but I sadly still get frizz. UGH!
Thank you for sharing this! My hair is similar to yours and I was most interested in the coils for adding movement to dry hair the most.
Thank you for this video. Do you know the temperature details of the items for the various settings please? Wet and dry. 💙🙏🏻🕊🌞
I also want to say thank you for reviewing this for us. It is a no for me but I love all your videos.
That's why I do these videos so you all can make an informed decision. Thanks Laurie!
Thanks so much for this review! I'm definitely going to look into this.
Just catching this one… I hope someone at Shark sees your review, wow, how stunning you look ❤. Added to my Christmas list 😉
You review is amazing. I watched many but yours is the best

Hey, if what you have works there's no need to change a thing.
They make all these type dryers sooooooo big as if everyone has long hair. Apparently anyone with shorter hair doesn’t count. In addition I have hair tools from the dark ages☺️for some reason they aren’t so bulky, cumbersome and HEAVY.
Which do you think you will use the most-the Shark or Lange with the pointed end? Your hair looked pretty with both. But your hair is beautiful.
I have already returned the L’ange. I’ve used the Shark many times and I’m very happy with it. Thank you!
Just loved your review, best one I have seen on this product
Glad you liked it! Thank you!
You looked just beautiful! Your hair is so pretty!
Thank you so much!!

Omgosh. I love your hair. It turned out beautifully 🌻🌻🌻
I just got one and had no idea what I was doing. So thankful for your video and you made me laugh
You're hair looks lovely and smooth , I'm a peri-Menapausol sweaty mess ,so not sure I'd cope with the heat ?
Looks lovely though xx
Literally just used it. Very good. I have the tresemme equivalent brush tho it doesn't have the hot comb . Its not much heavier than that. Defintely good for smoothing and not flattening

I have and I love it. I've never heard of Catwalk.
You have gorgeous hair! Thanks for reviewing this product, I’d heard of it and was intrigued.
I have not had good luck with this type of styler. Way too hot and too awkward for my arms with nerve damage. It looks okay when I am done, but it’s just too big, heavy, and clunky for me. A smaller version? Maybe.
Hopefully they will come out with one. I agree, smaller would be easier to handle.
@@MindfulMidlife I am 55 and the heat is so bad with these. Thank you for reviewing this for us.
Thank you for sharing this info! I have wondered about it!
Great video! Been contemplating on getting it.
It seems for me i would tire of holding and manipulating due to the weight. I have arthritis in my right hand.
It does look bulky and heavy. I also have arthritis in both hands and I didn't have a problem holding it for as long as I needed to. We are all so different though.
Wow your hair looks beautiful afterward! Invest in the Olaplex hair oil and products it will help with damage.😊
That was so much work and it looks so heavy.
Wow, very nice ! Your hair looks so pretty ! Did it bother your hands at all ? I may invest in that, but will wait for Black Friday sales.
Honestly...NO! It does look bulky and it's definitely heavier than the Revlon or the T3, but I had no problem holding it for the whole style. Yes...hopefully a Black Friday sale comes! Good Idea Debbie!

Yes, the smell went away by the second use. Thanks Lisa!

I find it best to use when hair is almost dry and use the moisture from your spray protectant to style.

Your hair is so pretty😍😍😍
What hair brush were using to detangle towards the end of drying?
Does it stay good thruout the day
Do you mean does the frizz come back? I haven’t noticed that. If it’s a humid day that will obviously effect the frizz but it has otherwise lasted through the next wash.
Do you think this would give damage? I had lots of damage with my revlon. I saw one review on TikTok saying the same. Not sure now
Beautiful look! But….too time involved for me and my arthritic hands and wrists wouldn’t be able to easily do this
I completely understand that. Thanks Susan!
Have you ever used the Hot tools styling brush? I wonder if there is much difference. Your hair looks beautiful! You hvar great hair!
No, I haven't tried it. Will it dry your hair as well as do the coils with your dry hair? Thanks Jackie!
