You should do different hot chocolate/drinking chocolate recipes! White Hot Chocolate is the perfect base for all sorts of different flavors like pumpkin, matcha, chai, coconut. I'd also love like a Fall drink series! Like pumpkin, apple cider, chai, maple flavors or anything interesting you come up with.

A very accurate representation of me just trying to do my best and this year being like mmm bet
I’ve been experimenting with different kinds of chocolate for a cafe latte for a while now, and the BEST powder to use is Guittard Cocoa Rouge and make a sauce from the powder. I just put a tablespoon and a half of powder, equal parts sugar and two tablespoons of hot water from the espresso machine in the bottom of the cup/mug and then of course the espresso and steamed milk and OMG. And I’m serious, I’ve made my own chocolate sauces from Hershey’s powder, chips, ganaches from different chocolates and nothing beats this. NOTHING. I know I’m crazy lol but you’ve gotta try it. Edit: and don’t forget the vanilla syrup. I use Monin but Starbucks is good too. Or even Torani.

There used to be a cafe near me that made mochas with real dark chocolate and did art of animals on top. Then they changed owners and switched to mochas with chocolate powder and did no art at all

I just made a mega chocolate drink at my work last week. It was a frozen hot chocolate made with chocolate milk as the base, java chips, chocolate sauce and a double chocolate cookie. It tasted like I was drinking brownie batter 🤩😅
