This amp sim is a monster if not the best versatile amp out there including hardware amps I've tried, it is capable of much better sounds if you take the time to make your own sounds instead of the presets as each guitar is different to what may have been used to make the presets, I've played through many hardware amps back in the day and have vintage amps and even those amps have to be tweaked a lot to get good results besides the room and how it is miked and maintained.
Great video. I have the plug but can't seem to get a sound without input clipping. I don't have an Apollo, i'm using a lynx aurora 8 on Cubase 11. Input signal is clean. Other vst amps I use don't have this problem. Curious if you have any tips?
I got it and... sorry guys. It was a waist of money. I can't get any close to decent real amp sound. Cleans are fake, but distortion at any level sounds like frying and not distortion. I keep loving my real things. Buzzing but sounding real and great!
Brilliant demo thanks, very useful

I agree, It is incredible for a sim. I own all the Friedmans and this is the best one.
What guitar cables are you using there?

Lower input level and use the FX tab to sculpt the input filter.
Guys, you need to use a pedal into this to get that real amp sound. I used a MXR BadAss Distortion into this and it sounded surreal.
Seems like every universal audio guitar amp simulator plug-in has all of the same exact miced cabinets
It's the Brainworx framework. These guitar amps are all coded by Brainworx / Plugin Alliance. I don't like their FX rack.
I love the Friedman plugins but from my POV I'd rather not have the million and one presets to sift through :)
Does anyone know of brainworx will do a native version for us mere mortals.
Finally released yesterday due to temporary exclusivity to UA.
Sorry. Sounds much more like a 80s rockman than a buxom Betty. Digital fail.

This demo sounds nothing like the real amp. This is an abomination!
