    i want a honda trail 125 to do the cannonball run. it has to be 279 cc or less but i cant find one anywhere. but i have a honda silverwing and love it but its to large to make that run. and i like the burgman 650 and the 400. so i started looking at one of these to see if maybe i want one to try and make that run on and what the reviews are so thnaks for posting this. this is just the 1st of alot of videos i will be watching before i make up my mind.

      I think a Burgman 200 would do the job . It is much more comfortable than a trail 125 and can haul more for that long trip..! GOOD LUCK..!

    Today I found a 3-year old Burgman 200 with less than 500 miles on it for $5000. They must hold their value well. MSRP for a new one in 2018 was exactly the same.

    Bob, rode my little Burgman 200 for about 110 miles Sunday after church. Rode with a friend that has a full sized Harley. He was impressed with how well I could keep up.

    I am 72 and buying a Burgman 200 with 2500 miles on it today. Your videos about it have help me decide.

      Thank You---- I have not rode my Burgman very much since I got a new Yamaha Zuma 125cc to ride the forest trails . I love my Burgman 200 , it's the 3rd. New Burgman I have had . I got a New 2003 650 Burgman , and put 80,000 miles on it then got a new 2009 650 Burgman and put 38,000 on it . I only have 4,000 on the 200 as I havn't taken any long rides on it, . I hope to take a Blue Ridge Parkway ride on it maybe next spring all the way to Front Royal Va. and the back the same way. I have made that trip many times. We will see, things are a little tough since my wife passed in Feburary !

    Bob, I don't know if you ever heard of the scooter cannonball run. Every two years people ride scooters from coast to coast. This year was from Califonia to South Carolina. There are rules on which scooters are allowed. The Burgman 200 IS ALLOWED. That would be a trip to remember. Ride safely and enjoy every jourey,

      Yes , follow it thru You-Tube Quasimodo channel and have thought I would like to try it but it is a very expensive trip with the motels and supplies to do it. I am afraid too much for me,,, ! Thanks for thinking of me...Old Chainsawbob

    thanks for the vids on the burg 200, there aren't many out there. Question, how big are ya? and what's the high way cruising speed? How are big hills? I'm 6ft 240lb, wondering if this thing has enough to haul my ass around

    • @chainsawbobnichols
      @chainsawbobnichols  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      I am 6.0 and 250 lbs. , it will haul me to about 84 mph. on flat ground and cruise all day at 65/70 mph while getting about 80 mpg.

      @@chainsawbobnichols thank you brother, I was debating this vs the 400. looks like this might just be enough. keeping in mind I'm not gonna road trip this bad boy... Still young and got 2 young boys I have to see everyday. Ain't no way my old lady is lettin my ass jet off for 2 days or a week for that matter lol. Good lookin out on the info. Much appreciated. Any more content you plan on posting up about this fine machine? There's next to nothing here on YT bout it. Cept for the foreign country men posting things, ironically they do a good job but I can't understand 😮‍💨
      Edit: how is it 2 up?
      Thanks again, ride on brotha🤙
