And a little advice from me, also dont forget the main thing : improve your Composure/calmness, by having more playing time. Without this you wouldn't be able to face the pressure before you receive the ball or the decision making in tight spaces.

I won't lie I have been training hard on soccer but the is so many haters people telling me I am bad soccer and I really was a year ago but now I am very better but sometimes I get scared in the game or when we play 4 aside at school how do I stop this

They may say "you are bad" because they feel that you're getting better than them.
Last year, I sometimes felt the same. One thing that I can recommend to you, is believe in yourself when you play. I know you hear it from everywhere, but without confidence you can't play well.

There will always be haters. So, don't waste time thinking about them. If you just keep working hard to improve, then eventually the results will be clear for everyone to see.
With regards to getting nervous, one of the best ways to combat it is to simply know what you need to do on the pitch, and focus on doing your job well in order to help your team win. People often panic when they are not clear about what they should do in certain situations. So just keep practicing and playing, until you are confident in your abilities, and know your job on the pitch. Then focus on doing your job to the best of your ability, and you won't have time to be nervous, because you'll be too busy winning.
Keep practicing everyday. Shut out all negative thoughts and keep going. Any time you make a mistake , work on improving that skill everyday
Spanish midfield is op. Every top team needs a good passing player who collects and gets the ball moving with good control. Key component to winning vs good teams.

Watched a training footage of Maradona. Made a across with 2 tree branches. Simple right?! Tried his tic-tac-toe steps while checking my surrounding. All I could remember was everything completely out of focus!! 🤣
This will help me alot i am a midfielder i am also good at defence but i get nervous when someone passes to me mostly when i have alot of pressure i can easily lose the ball

Thats a big problem that can easily be fixed.
Just dont be frustrated if you made a mistake because the coach will realize that you got frustrated and you'l probably not be on the team because of it.Just keep fighting and dont forget mistakes happen
