I understand that I don't have the best technique or the best dribbling ability. But it is because I'm a tall player I'm 6'4.Yes I can dribble but my dribble is not the best I know. That's why I try to focus on My first touch and passing skills. I'm a fast player and have stamina, and I got physical this helps me a lot, i might not be the strongest but I also have good balance. I don't need to have the ball all the time I just need one touch or two and then I move quick into space because I now I can beat my opponents in this way. That's why dribbling all the time is not my style.

yea im pretty much the same im 6'5, decently strong, dribbling isn't my best quality, and i would say my first touch and passing are my 2nd best qualities after my defending.

I am not the fastest, and I have zero dribbling skills. I am actually kinda fat. But I can scan the game all the time, I can anticipate the attacker's next move, and I can play accurate passes exactly where they need to be played. I am a defender. My teammates constantly shout at me to charge at the attacker when defending and carry the ball out when I get the ball, and I'm like nope, not gna do that. If the attacker gets behind me I know for a fact that he's gone, I ain't gna catch him. If I try to carry too much I know I'm gna lose control and lose the ball. I usually do get the ball while defending, because I play the angles extremely well, and I usually play the right pass when attacking. It's not difficult. If it's good enough for Virgil van Dijk, it's good enough for me. Let the players with the speed and the dribbling do the speedy and dribbly things. I'm happy to take the ball, get the ball, and pass it along.
