Yesterday I used it to make a one inch tall x 18" x 25" box for a sign, crafted out of two flat pieces of cardboard that I save for such purposes. Thank you!

You have several multiple quantity listings in your storage, so you should be able to do 560. You guys have been doing great. Don’t forget the long weekend! One inventory management thing to do is the check on the boxes on the shelves that may be taking space and items can just go on the shelves to take less room.

i got t say, that discount for different ages was amazing. i thought all along that it all resets every 30 days when it relists it. i never knew it would actually have filter to give a date range. super helpful on that! Love it
Lonnie American bubble boy has a distribution place in Louisiana. If you reach out to them and pick it up it will be even cheaper. I bought the small, medium, and large bubble and all got here quick and I like all 3 sizes. Great video.
We bought a travel trailer last spring (pre-owned) then it was totaled in October by a drunk driver who ran into it. It was a sad and frustrating day to say the least! Well anyways it was a 29' Jayco Jay Feather with the bunkhouse and slide out. Loved it very much, it was light weight, easy to tow, ample room and everything just worked well with it and would not hesitate to look at buying another or the similar Jay Flight version. I really don't think any brands have major advantages over the other unless of course you're looking at top end stuff like Airstreams. Good luck, you will enjoy it!
We list both on eBay as well as Mercari. I will say though with over 5K items listed, it can get a little crazy when sales pop making sure the items sold are quickly removed from the opposite site but we are usually spot on with it at least 98% of the time. What I would say is Candice lists the stuff that would be in the center isle or the new inventory. Lonnie should only list the stuff on the shelf to get that stuff moving or other way around
When making a sale you can exclude certain words if you know certain product words in a title that won’t be included in your sale. I makes it easier when clicking the check boxes for items you don’t wish to include in the sale eg “KEY” .

Just curious to see how the hard work has paid off, because you both did work exceptionally hard to reach and surpass the goals that you set for yourselves. Keep up the great work together, this definitely shows that hard work pays off. P.S. Candace, you have such a pretty smile. I'm so glad that we get to see so much more of you these days. When listing you must prioritize (I’m training myself as well). Step back and give yourselves general priority specs that helps y’all stay focused and on the same page. Multiple quantity listings are easy and worth multiple sales. Yet if your profit per item or the need for it is low then it might not rank as a higher priority. It all depends on what you two talk out as YOUR priorities. Good luck. Glad you are working on efficiency, it makes a world of difference. Just think “No wasted moves”.

I'll be interested to hear more about your travel trailer shopping. I've been researching for a while but I find it a bit overwhelming. I also need to buy a towing vehicle so that's an added complication. I've been using American Bubble Boy for a while. Their bubblewrap seems fine. I used to buy from them from Amazon but I found I could save a few bucks by buying directly on their website.
Maybe switch inventory on new listings shelf. It seems some of the stuff on those shelves right now you seem not excited about listing. Maybe put that stuff in storage and switch it out with the cool stuff you just got from your “guy”.
Please don't forget to update us on the bubble wrap. I'm a stickler on the perforations (so many companies do it poorly) and am looking for a quality bubble wrap supplier.

Question: Lonnie, So I have a mind-boggling question. I received the following feedback from one of my customers "This never arrived. Seller doesn't respond. Makes you look bad eBay" but everything arrived in a timely manner and they never made any attempt to contact me. Here is where it gets weird, the buyer didn't write this as negative feedback. They put this with the plus symbol under positive feedback. Anyhow, our store has 100% positive feedback, should I do something to get this taken off or leave it as is. Thanks for any suggestions. I started cross listing some of my items on mercari last year, its not too bad. There are alot of low low ballers which can be tedious but occasionally I'll sell an item on there for more than I would have gotten on ebay.... less competition on certain things.
I failed #1 big time. I work about 19 hours a day, including my normal 8-10 at my full time job, and listing and shipping on ebay, and sourcing on weekends maybe 6 hours a day, and intermitantly sourcing and actively looking for deals on marketplace etc. Work Life balance? My life is work.

Can I recommed that you move the book shelf and cube. Face it toward a wall. Then put that cabinet that now sits on front of it, behind it. As long as it's not wider than the shelves in the middle. You seem to always be reaching around the cabinet.
Not sure if you got the e-mail today - but eBay has a cheaper way to ship trading cards (you have to use a certain kind of mailer, not necessarily theirs, but it is significantly cheaper than first class).
Are you using the new ebay standard envelope for those marvel replacement cards? Or are you still using first class package? I’m not sure if they rolled it out to all collectible cards or just sports and Pokémon and stuff
Mercari is not a bad platform - I started selling in May 2020 and I just got my 1099-K from Mercari and I sold 720 transactions for a little over $30K with an average of $42.66 per sale so I think people should not hesitate to sell on this app. I sell mainly toys and collectibles so it is good for this category.
My goal is 150 total items listed in Feb. which is 5 to 6 daily. Thanks God you post daily, it will be my accountability check. 02/01 - 5 items listed! ✔

Winter is the best time to get a deal on a camper. Don’t wait until spring if you can help it, because they will go up and supply will be low.

Something I do when running sales is reduce the items per page to 50. Its easier for me to spot the ones i want deselected in smaller chunks
