      Hi Rose Baby. I just got this machine today. It's bigger, heavier, and louder than I expected. I wish I found this video before I bought it 🙃 You explain it so well! Do you prefer the Little Green ProHeat? Do you feel like the heated water works better? I'm considering returning this Pet Pro for the more compact Pro Heat. Thanks!

    • @Shy808
      @Shy808 3 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      I also got the Urine Eliminator sample for the Upright! Thanks for mentioning that! I don't have any pets anyway, so let's hope I never have to try this sample for my toddler accidents 🙃

    • @RoseBaby
      @RoseBaby  3 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      I think they both do a great job to be honest. I use hot water with both, the ProHeat will maintain the hot water but it doesn’t actually heat it, the Pet Pro doesn’t do that. And yes this one is little bit heavier than the ProHeat this one weighs 13.25 lbs the ProHeat weighs 9.2 lbs. I just think the Pet Pro has a little more suction power because everything dried quicker and it has a bigger capacity, I also love the longer cord too I think this one is designed for heavy duty jobs.

    I didn't even notice that the sample formula was for upright carpet cleaners instead of the portable cleaner that it came with! I missed that detail, so thank you for pointing it out!

    Thanks for the review. I just bought a version of this (there seem to be several) so I'm glad I made the right choice. One thing I have learned from using other spot cleaners is to have a dedicated carpet brush because using the wand/handle thing is awkward. They are cheap and do a better job and it also keeps the brush on the machine clean. I basically use the main one for the final clean.

    • @miragexl007
      @miragexl007 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Just upgraded from ProHeat to this pet Pro. I use black electrical tape to reinforce the Bend area by the brush right away to see if that'll help life of the hose. And still can't find the difference between the upright and portable cleaner solution. And if it's really a big deal or why?

  • @sharonillenye8036

    great example of the coffee stain, that did a great job cleaning it. you answered everything I would want to know plus even more. never thought about them being loud but I guess you want that for good suction. You gave good tips for cleaning out at the end, though maybe I won't be too good about that. sounds like its better as a spot cleaner than doing whole staircase. I have 3 dogs and 3 cats so there are many stains here. I like the idea of keeping one attachment for rugs and the other for upholstery.

    1:05 I just bought this and am here to learn how to get started. I immediately didn't like how the hose is stored either. Did you figure out a workable solution?
    1:42 I think it probably doesn't matter if it's formulated for an upright machine if Bissell sends it with the NON-upright machine. I received a large bottle of the one you showed in your video. I also got a small bottle that looks exactly like your bottle but doesn't have the "upright machine" part.
    I think if you compare ingredients in the different bottles, they'll probably be similar to each other.

  • @cb8504
    @cb8504 7 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

    I couldn’t really tell but are you able to open the dirty water collection tank and scrub around inside to clean it? The little green machine doesn’t have that option. Just have to slosh water around to clean it out. So if you forget to dump it out, it will never look or smell clean again.

      I haven’t used the spot clean pro but I know from research in some ways, the Bissell Pet Pro is similar to the Bissell Spot Clean Pro. There aren’t too many huge differences but there are few like the suction power on the Pet Pro (the one I have) is more powerful than the Bissell Spot Clean Pro not by a whole lot though and since it has been designed with pets in mind you also get a deeper cleaning system capable of removing particularly tough stains.

      The difference between little green spot pro and bissell spot clean pro is just the attachments. That’s all. Power, weight and size are the same. The different attachments is instead of the 6” inch brush of the spot pro, little green pro comes with deep clean brush is the one she’s using “Pet stain tool” which is 4”inch and the style of the brush is different.
