Hi I'm from the caribbean close to st Lucia, grenada, st Vincent etc, many of my friends, family etc are from those islands, cacao trees are found naturally grown on many caribbean islands and the islanders have used it similar to Keith's process for generations ie (tree grows naturally in the forest, fruit is eaten off the beans, beans roasted and hand grinded to a paste, other spices added like cinnamon, nutmeg and molded into sticks or balls, grated and added to hot water with bayleaf and your choice extra spices, milk and sweetener etc) my question is, is this cacao found in the Caribbean the same as the one in Guatemala, Peru etc?
Ceremonial cacao is of the highest vibration. The cacao has been grown, nurtured, harvested and processed organically with total love and dedication to the Cacao Spirit. There can be no exploitation of people, the environment or other animals for it to be ceremonial grade. It doesn't matter where it is grown, as long as the cacao is of the highest vibrational quality.
Rebekah Shaman oh wow ok thanks...I think some of my friends have the cacao trees growing in their yard ...they just pick the fruit, process it and eat it for their own enjoyment
