One of the first games I had on my SNES, I used to obsess over finding all the flags in any stage but I never could, just in the first one I think, glad to see where they were all the time
Stages A.K.A. Episodes and Bosses: 0:10 Episode 1: Zippity Splat 9:45 Boss 1: The Catapult 10:54 Episode 2: Rock 'n Rivet 20:15 Boss 2: Wrecking Ball 21:10 Episode 3: Train Runnery 27:16 Boss 3: Engine with Bombs (Peck the Bombs to send them back at the Engine.) 29:44 Episode 4: Hopalong Casualty 39:48 Boss 4: Drilling Rig 41:06 Episode 5 (Final Episode): Quantum Beep 52:37 Final Boss: Robo Coyote 53:33 Ending & Credits
Finding a ridiculously out of place purple or red flag in this game was so satisfying to me as a kid, I spent so much time eventually finding them all. Tried playing again recently and man is it tough with all the leaps of faith to find them. Guess it shows how much more patient we could be as a kid when we only had so many new games to play at any time and buying one was pretty much a guess to it's quality. That being said I certainly got plenty of enjoyment in that regard from this one back in the day.
Definitely a great watch. I got through all of this game back in the day, but never came close to finding all of the flags, especially in stages 4 and 5 -- too busy just trying to stay alive and find the freaking goal!
Gotta love the ones without save. I did this at least once. Takes a while to get to know all the areas, jumps, secrets etc., but level 5 is well worth the effort 💕 love this game 🥰
I played this one when i was a kid and holy dogsh*t this game was HARD, i actually dont remember beating this one, i remember always getting stuck at the Space stage and thats it D:
Road Runner is a better character then Sonic. "MEEP MEEP" over Though I will say I prefer his game (Genesis one, not the new awful ones), but mostly since this one "feels" odd in terms of the controls.
Played this game a bunch as a child, what a nostalgia trip. But damn the music in this game is absolutely horrible. Who ever made it was clearly tone deaf.
Eh, the final stage and boss themes were pretty good. The third stage theme was the best in the game, though. The programmers seemed to realize this, too, when they also made it the ending theme.
Is there a video anywhere of what happens if one loses this game? If one uses up all their chances in this game, do we see Wile E. Coyote catch the Road Runner? If one hasn't already been posted on TH-cam, can somebody please upload a video of what happens if one loses the game?
Sorry, but I don't give rom links. You can find this if you search for "Road Runner's Death Valley Rally SNES rom". Make sure you don't download a strange exe file instead.

A million thanks for going through the trouble of doing this for this. Big up ! :)
"It's not over until the fat lady sings!"
I wonder where this quote came from. Still, pretty funny when used in this game!
You just obliterated my childhood. :) Thank you and awesome job.
This and Star Fox were the two first games I ever played on SNES
"How about ending this game before i hit?"

This shows that Sonic the Hedgehog can be done on a SNES.

@@DrewPicklesTheDark ummm... No. Not even a little bit

Awesome game and the wider jump hit detect ever!
MEEP MEEP!
Played this game a bunch as a child, what a nostalgia trip. But damn the music in this game is absolutely horrible. Who ever made it was clearly tone deaf.
the boss music is pretty ok.
Thats the point

Did anyone get scared when Coyote turned into a giant monster in the last stage in their childhood?
Thought it was Taz, haha
I still got this game on my ones
For checkpoints, most of these are placed in very crude and hard to reach places
i never finished the last stage;/ awesome video..cant reach the boss..stage was very dazzle and confuse
i never beat the first boss as a kid cause I couldn't tell WTF you had to do.
This video gave me 'nam flashbacks

It just shows a standard Looney Tunes "That's all folks" as the game over.
10:39 20:54 29:22 & 40:51 Not Yet
I was never able to beat the first boss as a kid.
Me too hahahaha
Red Flags are little hard
So, how are Flamberge and Zan Partizanne?
Which one of the red and purple flag was supposed to be the hardest to find?
5:21, 16:19, 29:06, and 53:41 - 53:59 I like the part with wile e. Coyote fall all the way down to the ground below.
So you don't get a special ending or anything for finding all the flags?
That's right. There is no reason to collect all of the flags.
Podrías dejar el link de descarga por favor
