digital tv is not downloadable... it is in live transmission just like analogue the only difference it is in digital platform in analogue we have different standard such as NSTC, Pal, Secam and Philippines used NTSC standard same in DIgital tv we will be using ISDB-T standard digital tv is for free just like analogue all you need to have is a set top box or a mobile tv which is isdb-t compliant device like this star mobile which capable of receiving 1seg transmission
Analog TV will be gone by 2015..Digital TV can be seen by just downloading and free app from Google Play and installing it in your favorite android phone.

@@jsplinc2000 don't confuse free to air channels and streaming "TV" . This is analog TV and does not connect to the internet and is therefore OFFLINE.
