If it makes you feel better, I read a story about a false allegation that has a better ending.
So this guys mom, let’s call her Alice, finds out that one of her employees is accusing another person of assaulting her. Everyone in the office was demanding that he be fired, so Alice suspended both of them but didn’t fire anyone yet. The truth came out that nothing happened during an investigation, and Alice immediately fired the woman. Alice then gave enough money for the accused employee for suing her for defamation, and long story short the woman got imprisoned.

    • @MahsaKaerra

FALSE ACCUSERS need to get whatever the max sentence is for the crime which they falsely accused someone of. My friend Ross Bullock took his own life over a very similar issue. He only had his family and a few friends. He lost everything from his job onward. People painted him as something he wasn't the police knew early on after checking his phone but still pressured him and harassed him. People wouldn't talk to him and treated him poorly and mocked him. This woman never seen any repercussions. All because she was embarrassed about the encounter after the fact. His parents were the ones to discover him. I regret not talking more but I'm in the US. He was only 38. His mother didn't deserve to find him like that. But he had no one.
What I would do is. Turn it around on the GF working with your family just long enough to ensure that the police and the area you were in are aware of the truth and exonerate yourself. Then what you do is go no contact with all of them. You can't trust people that didn't even manage to trust you. You were innocent and without proper evidence or proof you were basically exiled and ostracized. Better off alone than with those who could have cared less about the truth in the first place. Took them how long to come to you? Took them how long to open their eyes? No, you're better off alone.

They kept his x in his place. That says everything you need to know not a one has human decency only tries to act like it.
If the brother actually wasnt just trying to tell him off or act like he is guilty but***.... Then he would have reached out really. Different numbers, email, social media and kept trying if nothing else to know he wasnt dead in a ditch somewhere.
X staked him and his mom found out there was grandkids shielded from her. This lead to sending her pet cuck to sing the b.s. story to him trying to sucker the guy back into the spiders web.

Something similar happened to a guy in my small town, except he didn't get to have a happy ending. He hooked up with this girl in his class at a party, but turns out she had a bf in the next town over and because social circles overlap it was only a matter of time before word got back to him. She got ahead of all that by claiming he r*ped her and even went to the cops with it. His family was poor and couldn't afford an attorney, so he got absolutely screwed in court and is now on the sex offender registry. Half of the guys in that class know she lied about it, but because she's a little blonde white girl everybody else believed her.
It's bittersweet, seeing how the internet now helps people learn the truth about this and overcome the social programming, but at the very least guys are learning about this so they have a chance to avoid it

From my perspective, the ex gf is like the OP parent youngest kid, assuming that she still lives with OP parent because she asked OP dad to clear stuff on her phone and most likely OP parent felt guilty on what on their mind think OP did and let her stay with them. So, like most parents, they always sided with the youngest one. The fact that OP brother tried many times to contact OP to help is the sign that he is the older one. So, OP is like the 2nd kid. Like most 2nd kid, in most situations they are not treated fairly. So basically, the ex gf doesn't even need to be the gf. She can literally be the real youngest child and accuse OP and the parent will still act the same way to OP.
