Im pretty sure Sonata Arctica performed that concert in Kemi, Finland.. I Remember the video being posted up by someone and it said it was done in Kemi..

Looks like it's a composite video. The first part performed in Kemi from the newer dvd, the latter half in Milan from bootleg footage.
The dvd was supposed to be recorded here in Milan, but due to some shitty bureaucratic tuff (some controversy upon fireworks permissions) it was moved back to Finland. Theyplayed the acoustic set for the first time during the Milan show as a sort of "payback" for not doing the dvd show

It is usually how they close out their shows-no clue why, but, they have been doing it forever it seems.
@@v-for-vendetta1776 Had the chance to ask Tony last week. Apparently, he came up with it 20 years ago while drinking with Timo Kotipelto. They started singing "we want vodka" to the tune of hava nagilah and decided to add it to the Sonata Arctica live set as a closer.
