Eu diria que Sonata Arctica perdeu pelo menos 30% criatividade da banda com a saída do Jani. Ele é um ótimo compositor, mais recentemente estava ouvindo If the Story Is Over do Stratovarius que é uma composição dele também e é uma música linda.

I miss Jani too. I can tell how the albums are different. The last album I loved with all my heart was Unia, after that you can clearly feel a shift. I love the old songs like Champagne bath or Peacemaker. ❤
It's beautiful - and it seems to me that Tony is trying so hard to stay in that soft, low voice instead of belting it out (especially on Replica) - that's just utterly sweet
9:50 - that switch from low to higher vocal register....beautiful voice. As far as I'm concerned, Tony is, by far, the best male singer in power metal and one of the best rock vocalists I have ever heard, period.

Siempre me han encantado las interpretaciones de Tony, pero el único error que le veo a esta maravilla es que debía de haber usado una guitarra acústica:(.
It might not be the reason, but I don't know if they are able to travel that far with the acoustic gear...I know they weren't able to take the acoustic guitars with them for the North America tour this year.
Can't say what he's doing, but when I'm wanting an acoustic sound on my electric, I keep my sound clean with a good amount of reverb, and focus more on the low and mid tone knobs.

Middle pick, drive off, 6 gain, 10bass, 6 medium, 9 treble, tone 5 (change tone for more acute or low sonority accordingly to what you want).
At least that's how I do it
I use a boss gt 100 and it has an acoustic simulator, it sounds like an acoustic, a pedal is also sold separatelly

There is only a guitar and a voice, it's acoustik.
Tony's Mic is too loud in comparison with the guitar. If Tony's mic was a bit softer he'd be singing a bit better I think.
