remember, i was watching this live show being on my night shift in call center, thinking my life is going the wrong way,. And everytime i lister the Twilight Force i recall the memories of these times.
Esta banda me ha ido ganando poco a poco, me transmiten un buen rollo alucinante, y eso es algo que valoro mucho en estos tiempos tan sombríos. Respecto al cambio de cantante, es obvio que al antiguo le cuesta seguir el ritmo del concierto, pero su voz tiene un puntito especial que no tiene el actual. Prefiero el primero sin duda.

But he chose not to be angry for long and now his new band Northtale will make their debut performance on sabaton open air. They have one song which is really good but it's weird seeing him preform without the magic and dragons and glory.
Believe me when I tell you: it sounded a lot better live :) Small edit: The quality actually gets better after a view minutes. Of course nothing comparable to the live show :)

Conti per quanto bravo nn è adatto alla band. Christian era il cantante perfetto, molto preciso nell'intonazione seppur con i suoi limiti di durata. Voce unica con un timbro molto personale e personaggio simpatico e carismatico allo stesso tempo. Tommy poteva essere un'ottima alternativa. Con il nuovo cantante i TF hanno perso molto della loro freschezza e originalità..spero che prendano coscienza di questo. Lynd uno o forse il miglior chitarrista della scena metal attuale insieme a quello dei Wintersun e Jani (ex Sonata Arctica). Ovviamente nn voglio parlare di mostri sacri come Michael Romeo o Jeff Loomies. La band è straordinaria!! Melodie e armonie mai banali, stupende, che ti trasmettono gioia felicità con molte venature gotiche..la sensazione generale è quella di camminare in un campo fiorito a primavera con splendide foreste scure montane che accompagnano il tuo cammino verso l'infinito..voto 10!!!

lol i saw these guys in 2017 in my hometown in sweden together with accept and sabaton. after they were finished with their set they hopped off stage and went to get beer and the audience bar. no one asked for autographs or pics lmao they just walked around for a few mins.
Aerendir is a literal elf! He loves being in nature, sleeping in forests, and is incredibly agile as well as being a sensitive soul. I can't believe such a person truly exists. Absolutely more elven than anything that has shown on the silver screen.
Weird the way this comes out at the same time as the new stuff with Conti.... Christian makes this band conplete.... Conti isn't a patch on Christian. The magic is here in this video....

@@Leneyko i got hooked on the band because of christians very unique voice and style to sing. conti just makes the band a well played but generic one of 100 powermetal band. what was outstanding was his style of singing and his voice. conti just sounds like many others and on the live sets i saw he reminds me of 2000s helloween, which is a whole nother era of powermetal.
Yeah maybe Christian was the best singer ever... But only inside the Studio's four walls. This live video (and all other old lives) is the clearest represantation of his low long term skills (2017 is 3 years after first album), due to (I presume) poor song study but he's soooo lucky to have such a high vocal extension. Only vocal extension, poor vibrato, only power. Last song of this gig (power of the ancient Force) is a good example of what I mean: the only high pitch notes of the concerts had been done in the very last song, and the low pitch notes are conpletely out of tone.
The performance seemed to be high energy, but the mix-down seemed to have problems. The lead vocals was cutting in and out and the microphone near the china cymbal seemed to have its level maxed out.

I hate to say it...I'm not a fan of Christian here. He missed his cue in Powerwind and he doesn't seem to be able to totally belt it like he does in the studio. He keeps going an octave down, and whenever he does try to go all out he gets really quiet like he's struggling.
Christian does this one octave down thing in all the live videos I saw... one thing is to hit the high note once but hitting more of them continuously is a whole different game... maybe that is one of the reasons they recruited Conte, best damn singer I saw live, flawless master of the high register...
