Besides how insanely beautiful and talented she is she has also one the best speaking voices I've ever heard. Everything she says sounds fascinating, I could be listening her for hours.
New favorite actress. I had seen her previously in "At World's End" which was a great movie, and I was so excited that they chose her for this role because she was not yet extremely well-known, although now I expect she will be. It was actually not until after I saw the trailer for the first time that I read the book, and dear God, both the book and film were nearly flawless. Impeccable. Everyone in the film was superb, but she absolutely NAILED it. They could not have chosen a more perfect Amy. I want to see her win an Oscar for this performance and have no doubt she will. I also feel that her performance in the role of Amy Dunne was so powerful that we will associate it with her in the same way that we associate Jack Torrance in "The Shining" to Jack Nicholson.
Ashley Miller was she actually in "At World's End'? God, you know she's good when the characters she plays are so different and unique it really shows off her acting prowess.
Harris Sharif Yep! 😄Well, technically the movie is called "The World's End," about the group of mates who re-unite and try once again to finish the legendary pub crawl they couldn't complete when they were in college. She's the only main female in it haha.
Ashley Miller ah thought you meant pirates of the carribean :P yep I know the one (finale of the three flavors cornetto trilogy with simon peg and nick frost which I personally felt was great but didn't match the first two) great actress nevertheless :D
Harris Sharif Yep, I figured, that's why I specified. Haha yeah I loved that movie, I thought it was hilarious. ^_^ I liked Hot Fuzz too...and what was the first one? I can't remember if I saw it or not.
Great casting. My sister and I were discussing this the other day. We both loved the book and it really resonated with both of us. Often when a film of a book comes out it is disappointing or does not tally with your idea of the book. However, we both felt that the casting of Rosamund as Amy was perfect and that there was no other actress who could have filled the role. She looks exactly how I imagined Amy to look and she performed the role to a T.
Jesus, this lady has a strong command of the language. Forgive me if I sound misogynistic, but ladies often talk so much, & sometimes so loud, that I just tune out. But this lady is so bright. I find her adorable.
She’s a very diverse actress and, from what I have seen, she doesn’t believe any role is beneath her. I admire her for that. I loved her in Massive Attack & Young Fathers: Voodoo In My Blood.
i think this movie has great two leads beautiful rosamund pike and the new batman ben affleck. i am so glad for these two to be working with such a great director like david fincher. hopefully people will see how underrated rosamund pike is and that she deserves a lot more credit that she is given, i am also glad that ben affleck got the chance to work on such a high quality movie with david fincher after argo because they are both fantastic directors and i am convinced that fincher got out the best of ben who will show that he is an amazing actor who mustn't be marked negatively just because he made a few bad choices in his past. i cant wait to see him as batman and hopefully this movie proves his talent and strengthens him as an a list actor. i seriously think rosamund pike might get an oscar nomination for this
Can anyone really know what an actor's true persona in real life is? Because they portray such a diversity of characters so convincingly, how can you know their off-screen character is the real them? Or put it another way, how much of the roles they portray is acting and how much is just another facet of their own personality?
A truly dire film that is far, far, too long - It becomes a comedy in the end, and then it just stops for no reason. It is quite obvious there is 'more to the story than we first think' (a 'surprise' that's just not surprising), but then it just goes on and on...telling us how many days have passed and reminding us of how long we have to wait until we can see the credits. Don't bother, you've seen it all before.

Her British accent fascinating
I love her character so much !!!!
One of the best performances by an actress in a leading role I have ever seen. Definitely deserves to be nominated for an oscar.
Expect a for sure BAFTA win and an Oscar nominated performance. She may win Oscar gold. She was superb in this role.
Spoiler alert: she is going to kill the interviewer at the end.
Siddhu without getting caught 😋😎

Well done Rosamund!
So classy and a great actress ! Oscar here she is !!
One of the few English actresses who can do a pitch perfect American accent in film.
She's going to win the best actor award. Even if she loses, she wins.
She was fantastic in gone girl I've only seen her in 2 other movies wrath of the titans and the worlds end.
anyone else thinks that Rosamund pike would make a perfect Cersei Lannister?
Oh my gosh yes! But Lena Headey does a great job anyway.
I first saw her on Doom! Liked her from the start!
She's stunning in this movie !

Words are formed from an ancient wave of knowledge.
HEY U! Very strange but bold choice of interviewer.
was the movie filmed 10 years ago cause she looks much older at this interview
I think she's pregnant here.
Pregnant. So pretty fucking probably.

Is she british ? :o
No she's Zimbabwean.
Idiot.
Wahyu Tri Anggono Yes, very British.
Wahyu Tri Anggono Born in Hammersmith, London, United Kingdom, heavy British accent. She might just be British....
Her acting in the movie was so good that I'm actually scared of real life Rosamund Pike :'( Was she really acting in the movie? :p
Gwyneth who?
Step aside Valak. There's a new demon in town.
she looks like she is wearing a bullet proof vest.
She is an amazing actress, really fucked up movie.
Kiss my cheek.
