Product information - The product is a digital recording pen with high-definition, can record video with voice and take pictures, the pen with simple operation, compact design, beautiful & practical, easy to carry, is the essential utility of the field of business, education, security, media, justice, tourism & health care, favoured by majority of users.
Operational instructions - The pen does not have built in memory. The pen is with slot for external memory extend, please use class 10 micro Sd card. Pen supports up to 64gb memory card. Which you have to buy separate as it doesn’t come with micro Sd card. The pen will not work without micro Sd card.
To switch on/off - To switch pen on press and hold button for two second. If you inserted Sd card in pen so green light will be stable. If you press button for 5 seconds so pen will be turned off.
note - without memory card light will blink 3 time and after that it will be turned off you cant record video or image without memory card use microsd class 10 memory card for better result.
To record video - if green light is stable press button for 4 seconds green light will blink 3 times and after that no lights so pen will start video recording. To record longer video more then length of 5 minutes use micro Sd card class 10 or above.
To take photo - when green light is stable press the button green light will turn off and on in 2 second so it will take photo from that pen camera.
To record audio - Press and hold button for 2 seconds and red light will blink twice and after that no lights means pen is recording audio. To save audio file press button again for 2 seconds.
To set time - The camera provides a video file to display the time recoding function, you may need to set the time according to the actual value;
Time display format: “year-month-date hour:minute:second for an example

If you want to set time in pen create new text file in memory card and name that file “TIME.txt
And after that open that file in notepad and write your current date as above format.

That's what mine kept doing. I just let it charge overnight. Sometimes it could be your SD card. You may have to get it formatted.

Found out the pen needs a memory card 16gb or higher so make sure one in and it will work .. on the sown side im the button broke after using it

Format the SD card

If after formatting sd card won’t work try with another sd card still don’t work replace the battery as it contains micro Lithum battrey if its not in use for long time so it will drain out.
