Have you changed location of wifi camera ? Or wifi name or password ? If you have changed the above you need to reset camera and setup again after setting camera to wifi you can add in another contry s phone as well.

You need to reset camera with pin which is with camera or you can use needle or tooth pick to reset camera

I had to have my 1st Kam replaced by the company. Then it was all good. SD Card & now I can connect to my phone et cetera. Try again !

For light control play the camera video and click on light symbol if turn on it will on. For all time if turn of it will off all time if turn on auto mode light will be on in dark and off in light.

Can antone help? I have a light bulb security cam that started with V380 software. The other day, I was accessing the live image from a remote location on my cellphone, when a message appeared below saying a V380 upgrade was available. So I started the download. However, afterwards, I could no longer access my camera on my cellphone. Can anyone tell me if I need to be next to the camera and WiFi to be able to reactivate the cam, perhaps by performing a reset ?
