    Crazy the changes from week to week already mate, smashing it! Would be interesting if you could compare your physique to this time last year Aug 22 and see the difference? Or maybe at the end of the cut..

    I cook my blueberries (or strawberries) down into a reduction. Really brings out the flavor. They are divined with the oats. I usually meal prep multiple days, pour the berry reduction on top, and the berries get infused into the oats while they sit overnight. I look forward to them everyday.

    Every morning without fail, 150g oats 30g Almond Butter a banana w/ a scoop of Protein. I tried adding milk to be able to reduce the oats but I much prefer water. I'm going to bed excited for my oats, It's messed up 😄

    Hi Ben,
    Can highly recommend True Ceylon Cinnamon, tastes much better than supermarket Cinnamon which tends to be Cassia Cinnamon which isn't as powerful anti inflammatory and isn't good for the liver.

    Quick question, isnt abs everyday to much considering rest? Ive done both abs everyday and abs like 3-4 times a week and i cant really tell what gives me the best results

      I don’t do any loading weight all body weight it’s simply for mid section control on the stage. So not progressively overloading them here

    Is there need for the EAAs with protein being so high ?

      Protein I’m only having 1.3G per 1lb of bodyweight which is within range. Given how much output I’m doing I’ll need that to recover. Eaa at 15g is a standard serving ammount

      @@BenBrayok I’ve always been told that you get your EAAs from proteins, so not to bother with EAA supplements as there’s no need, kind of like trying to pour more water in to a full glass of water it’s juts going to spill over and be waisted if you know what I’m trying to get at
