hello my friend. I have the same bike, but i try to make it work and cant find a way. I've done all the check and are ok. It doesnt give spark. Is it the cdi? How can i tell for not spark if it is the CDI causing problem?
About electronic scheme, read in manual for ax-1, read the "troubleshooting"

@@DNSKY_Jar done it. Replaced cdi,spark plug sparkplug cap wire harnesh, generator stator coil but still. Checked wires for continuity but nothing.
@@mikeadvr46 i dont knew how i can help you...check, button stop engine or try another cdi, try start on the netrual with hold clutch grip
General, on this old motorcycle, its problem cdi...original cdi can be repaired by opening and soldering all contacts. I did mine
