They look incredible! I really wish this type off BBQ is more common here in Australia. The first time my mates saw my Offset smoker and PBC they were like like Neanderthals first laying eyes on fire and laughed at me...then they tasted the finished product...all own smokers of their own. Keep up the good work! Thanks from Australia!

just watched this again, and you flat out nailed it, a perfect replica. I want to do the Heath Riles/Malcom cook as well, but his butterbath is sold out.
Hey my brother, when you get down here you are going to have to use my Pit Barrel Cooker and make myself and Mrs. Skoggit some of these ribs. They looked great, (Not as good as mine) but they will pass the rib test. LOL! I really enjoyed the video and such a great tribute to a real pit master! Say that looked like a glass cousin Eddie and Clark drank out of! LOL! Enjoyed the video! Take Care!
I'm so glad I came across your video.Malcom is my favorite mainstream guy for sure buuut I'm always looking for a channel that is more how should I say amateuristic ( such as myself) and you have covered all the bases. You have good content, very informative, and you are smooth inverting of the camera.very easy to watch! For sure I'm your newest subscriber.
Oh that looks fantastic. I got a couple of pkgs in the fridge of back ribs. I wish I could get my hands on some of the sauces and rubs you have. Geesh. Thanks for sharing. Btw it's a rainy day in Bear town today +14 ;-). ~ Tracey
Clark Griswold has a cup like that, great job on them ribs. I followed his recipe, but this weekend I'll be doing what you just did, a full malcom rib cook.
Love my PBC! Have always used the lighter fluid method to light the fire. Noticed that PBC now recommends using their charcoal chimney to light. Which method do you use? Thanks!
Thanks! You mentioned a "full cook." I always fill the charcoal basket level, but sometimes I only cook for less than an hour (tri tip). Seems like a waste of charcoal. Can you describe your technique for a short cook? Any info would be helpful.
I wanted to confirm with you. After watching several times, it looks like the ribs were in the PBC unwrapped for 1 hour. Then wrapped for 1 hour. Is this the correct?
I might holler at you sometime....I’m in north Las Vegas .... been around horses since I was little and I like to bbq..... Just got a lonestargrillz smoker
You are going to make yellowgroove GREEN with envy, I don’t like ribs, but I would definitely eat those, road trip to Vegas her I come , maybe 1 day, ha..
I just bought his ENTIRE LINE of seasonings and sauces... IM GRILLING THIS WEEKEND BABY!!!
Nice indoor backdrop. Hay, that Rooster is a chicken; running from that Duck.
Doing some Malcolm ribs tomorrow. Guy hasn't let me down yet, good stuff. Nice video brother.
