Hey Karissa! Just a quick question...how much are you feeding Lola per day? I have a Chihuahua just like her and I've been researching for so long on how much he needs and he's overweight. Lola seems to be the perfect weight for a deer head.
She free feeds- always has. We have noticed she's gained a little in the winter tho from less exercise, if it got more pronounced we'd have to change it up. Sorry, I'm not much help! Ask your vet maybe?

That's not a weed! Omg my mom LOVES those!! And has passed that love to me! The bigger the pot the more it thrives!!! My moms really loves the taller wide-ish pots(kind of like the tall silver one on your patio)! Leaves will start sprouting like crazy!!!
