Whenever I use the swamp tar on the Guam leaf and marrentil it just turns into Guam tar and marrentil tar so then I can't do it again :(

if you are using runelite the 3 tick xp drop can be turned on under xp drop then fake xp drop

Pro tip: To get the same fake xp drop on RuneLite go to Configuration > XP Drop > change Fake XP Drop delay to 3 ticks.

So the distance from the 2 furthest rocks is 3 tiles do it counts for 2 ticks,??

I'm pretty sure that the tier of pick axe you have doesn't matter at all while 3t mining. You might want to bring an infernal pick to save you from dropping a few ores tho.

agility pyramid is probably best at lower levels up until you get into pvm i think

on my uim i just bit the bullet and got a bunch of guam leafs then cleaned one and noted the rest, might be an option for you if you have some seeds, even if you dont fuck up that often its still useful haha
runelite has fake xp drop and you can set it to any tick increment
how do you set up to show the tick drop on ur exp drop?
outdated client was used in the video. Unsure if runelite has an equivalent since i havent touched the game in 2 years, sorry bud.

I know I'm a few years late, but I have been trying this method and it only makes me angrier and angrier. Is this still relevant or am I seriously fucking slow as all fuck? I wait for the pickaxe head to hit the rock before I start the cycle. But it feels like my dipshit toon just fucking stands in front of every rock trying to make tar that I should have already cancelled out from clicking on the next rock after dropping the granite. Any extra tips between then and 2 years later?
What kind of xp rates were you getting at each level? (75, 80, 85, 90...)
hard to say but i was able to get around 90k an hour under 92 after 92 was an easy 100k an hour

SlayToven Rs im not 100% sure but i would say 75+ is probably good. Youre gonna miss a lot of ores and it may feel like you are doing it wrong though.

This is hard without that plug-in.. fake exp drops don't work well for me. Im 72 mining and I do not mine it often so it makes it hard to know whether I missed a tick or not.

When I click on the next rock after I use the tar on the herb my character isn't doing a mining animation and I can't seem to mine anything within 3 ticks while the pestle animation is going. Was this method of mining discontinued by RS?
No, its still going strong today. Its been a long time since ive done this but perhaps its a ping related issue?

You know you granite tickers laugh at us mlmers but whats the point of getting 99 mining if youre not making anything from it? 🤔
i completed 99 mining in just under 1 week. If i did MLM it would have been a month so lets assume i did zulrah for the other 3 weeks in that month. idk how much zulrah is every hour but i'll assume 600k now and back then i played 12 hours a day so thats 7.2m a day and thats 151m after the 3 weeks.
