20 employees wala criteria to act application k liye hai and 16A wala provision is to maintain the provident fund account.. toh uske liye u need to have 100 or more employees. That means even if this EPF act applies to the establishment yet if that establishment does not have 100 or more employees it can't have the pf account .
Mam in . 5(B) you explained ki state board ko board of trustee bhi kh sktey hai. But in 5 (A) usme bhi Central board ko hum board of trustee kh rhe hai ... If sirf ye name aaya board of trustee toh .. hum sab usko kya smjhey central or state????????
Ok toh yea i think waha maine ye bola h k agar board of trustees aye then assume it to be referring to state board.. but ha i think that's not the case . Board of trustees dono cases m hain..be it central or state .. and those board of trustees if they are for centre are called Central board and if they are for state are called as state board. So confuse mat hona i don't think ques m aise ayega..state board ya centre board karke hi ayega
