Very Impressive lecture.Good topic related to HR nd Acts etc.Vry.Important for employees.I would like to add So many industries or sector deprive the Acts.Govt.should take stern action if acts r not followed.Establishment under Labour nd Social industry whether central government or state Government should think about employees minimum wages and benefits like bonus including Time management cannot be ignored since employees are main contributor of the economy and I called them nation builder so their welfare should be given top priority in brief.They should be trained related to skills development nd Internship so to make them more competent to get Effective output in terms of OD nd OB.Transperency is a must.There r loopholes which is needed to be rectified.Excellent nd outstanding lecture as a management professional in my opinion.Appreciated the tips.I think fairness builds the confidence nd positive output.Good lecture.👍

Hello ma'am As per epfo rules if employee get basic salary which is above 15000 then monthly pf deduction is 1800/- rupee a month but in our company it's not like that they deduct 12% rather it's less than 15000 or get more basic pay... So plz clear it.
