  • Bought a new tundra platinum, was bottoming out all around town. Turns out it’s pretty easy to adjust the ride height sensors.
    Tools needed:
    10mm wrench.
That’s it, gained 2 inches of lift on a bone stock tundra, it rides much better!!!

Brother, you just saved my back from all the smallest bumps. I could barely get my finger in sideways (.75-1" clearance), between rubber stop and axle. I finally adjusted those nuts, and took it for a ride. NO bottoming-out!!! It was SO annoying.
Thanks for the easy, short video!

Will this affect the trucks ability to lift any higher with the air suspension?

This just sets the new “standard” height. So if you don’t want to be maxed out all the time adjust it so you have room to go up further when you need to.

@@subzerorepair any idea if the brake lines get maxed out ? I think i saw that the brake lines on the stock tundras are pretty short.

So does this mean I can lower the rear aswell if I wanted to?
