worth every penny. Your videos are amazing you give us a surreal walk and talk tour. Amazing. Lucky new owners. I wish them all the happiness in their new purchase.
I truly don't know how you cope with some of those stupid comments... too small this... too low that... all talk and no money 🤭 Nice house, lovely garden.
Thank you for your message. It is a super property. I think that everyone should be allowed to express their opinions but not when it becomes hurtful to my Vendors (this is on another property that I am marketing :( )
I’d take a guess the people whinging about everything being too small are from the USA! I’m Irish and appreciate both the setting and the lovely features this property has especially the old beams and the fireplace, the balcony and the stone the properties are built from. Bigger is not always better! And I hope to retire and live in a beautiful property like this somewhere on continental Europe.
Thank you! What a lovely property. For clarification, 267,000 asking includes the agency fee but not the notaire's fee, correct? I'm in the US where the seller customarily pays the fee (commission).
@@suzanneinfranceestateagency No, wonder why, property is beautiful! Closer than any other I have seen to what we are used in the USA. Absolutely nothing in need to be done.
To use the kitchen in the Gite, the tenant must go outside, downstairs to the lower level? No stairs down to the kitchen level was shown in the video. The main house seems to be a lovely place with absolutely gorgeous grounds.
Do you have similar properties like this closer to the village shops, cafes and buses? I'm interested in a property preferably closer to the shops and cafes
Very Lovely. Gorgeous. Maybe you could get one of those "gimbels" for your camera, as your camera work was giving me vertigo. I know it is hard when there is so much to show, but you film so fast I found it unable to watch the entire thing, sorry.
Hello Mango Graphics - I am hoping some of the more recent videos will be better. I have tried a Gimbel but then it seems you have to use their software for production and that doesn't work for me.
the kitchen - and maybe the whole house - has been designed the British way: no corner cabinets, but "crawl in" cuoboards (as I call them ) both on the upper and lower level. Washing machine in the kitchen (instead of in bathroom, or seperate utility room), which takes space for lower cabinets away. I haven't seen much of the video yet, so I don't know how the bath and bedrooms are, but at least the windows open to the inside, and not like in the UK to the outside (which makes cleaning them on the outside impossible on the upper floors).
Very very beautiful property Gorgeous the price is ok but I don't understand how the fees are outlandish lol 17,000 19 thousand😮 I'm sure that's an issue with selling any homes in France?
The Agency fees are always paid by the purchaser in France and then you have the notaires fees on top. This is how it is structured but equally houses here are far cheaper including those fees. Thanks for watching!
You can live here but will need a visa. Here is the most detailed and accurate information about it : www.francerights.org/moving-to-france-from-january-2021.html
What are the typical terms of financing for American buyers who intend to use the home as a vacation rental until they move into the home as their retirement property?
I notice there aren't any screens on windows, and quite often doors are left open. How do people keep bugs, birds, and rodents out of their homes....or even bigger animals. Yikes.
I appreciate your concerns. The house is in a beautiful natural environment. There are screens and shutters that can be purchased and fitted and are widely available.
@@suzanneinfranceestateagency well if you can only put a double bed in them in my book they are small. They’d at the very minimum have to be able to accommodate a queen size bed and still have room for dressers and a chair. The wardrobe area was also to small to accommodate both my husbands suits and my dresses, skirts and blouses.
My name is Khalil from Morocco. I follow your channel. I liked it a lot. By professional photography, I thank you for your videos. Very beautiful
Glad you like them!
This is a lovely home, ideal to what I'm looking for. Great home for my dogs
Glad you like it!
This was very nice. It was comfy and homey. Garden was lovely. Very clean. Has a lot to offer.TY. I liked it very much.
It is a very comfy and well-presented house in a beautiful setting :)

Thank you so much! The new owner told me he wanted to buy the house before we had finished the viewing! :)
Very pretty! The landscaping is wonderful and it seems to be very quiet.
It is! The prevalent sound is birdsong!
How far is it from the nearest town and shopping centres? Is it still available?
This is by far my favorite! Absolutely stunning!
It is as beautiful as it looks :)
It’s a beautiful home.
Wow 😮
so pretty! my dogs would love the garden!
I so much love the cosy english cottage feel 😍
We agree :)
Absolutely gorgeous. Heaven on earth.
Beautiful backyard

The bigger house which is a fantastic stone house. Amazing. Thanks for sharing.
It is beautfiul and the setting is lovely :)
Lovely home
Lovely home, thanks for sharing
You are welcome - it is a stunner and the location is great too :)
Thank you! What a lovely property. For clarification, 267,000 asking includes the agency fee but not the notaire's fee, correct? I'm in the US where the seller customarily pays the fee (commission).
Hi Ramona. The buyer also pays the Notaire’s fees which include the equivalent of Stamp Duty. This would be an additional 32,900€
@@suzanneinfranceestateagency that's crazy. That is a lot of EXTRA money!!!!
@@YlvaBjarnson That is just how it is in France. The property was under offer at that price 4 days after it was put on the market.

They tend to have smaller gardens Grace but come up from time to time. Please take a look at my website : www.suzanneinfrance.com
Quelle Jolie maison. Moi Je suis Montrealais mais j’ adore le campange de La France. Really pretty little villages. And great food too. 😎
C'est plutot magnifique :)
Very nice
Stunning Suzanne.
Where is the refrigerator in each kitchen?
Built in Patty :)
It is a stunning property!
WOW!!!!! 🤩😍❤👍
Love it! So beautiful.

Well spotted! It has been British owned for some time :)
I could see me at night have to go to the bathroom Down those stairs.
In the gîte you mean? To be honest I might have had to use the sofa bed in the Lounge :)

How would an American with French ancestors purchase such a home?
It can be done! There is some great advice here : www.my-french-house.com/blog/article/75306/advice-for-americans-buying-real-estate-in-france
€300k for all this... I need to move to France....
Plenty more to choose from ;)

The seller pays the 17k agency fees in France!
Not always Maria - it should always be indicated on the Agency website or property details.
Buyer pays 17 thousand and also 19 thousand for notary
To me that's outlandish
Yup :/

A good cat will sort that. I am serious. I have cats and no bird or rat etc comes near the house, and what bigger animals? This is France.. roflol
Difficult to hear what you are saying
