How close is it to a Catholic Church?
There is one in the village which you could walk to but there is a shared Priest so it does not have services every week. Otherwise you would go to Sourdeval which is less than a 10 minute drive.

20,500 pounds in fees on a 140,000 pound house is ridiculous and robbery.
The agency fees were included in the price as standard. The notaires are standard. The house represents extrodinary value including fees which is why it is sold. Thanks for watching.
@@suzanneinfranceestateagency my statement stands. That amount of fees wouldn't fly in the U.S. As a Realtor, i know. Your industry is robbing people, maybe your company specifically.
@@BigBirdy100 Sorry but I take great exception to this statement that it is my company specifically. Please do your research on property prices, fees etc in France. This is not the USA. Ultimately property is very affordable to buy in France unlike, for example, the UK and in other parts of Europe and further afield which is why we have so many international clients who not only want value for money but also to have the opportunity to live in an amazing country such as France with it's affordable and excellent health care, public services and its rich culture and beautiful landscapes. Thanks for commenting .
@@suzanneinfranceestateagency It's not affordable to a low income bracket person if those fees can't be rolled into their mortgage, which I don't know is even possible there as i hear most foreigners have to pay cash.
