Thanks my man 😎😎😎 watched all your videos and loving them . Keep them coming does a lot for my mental health I don’t go out much . We are both the same age and looks like you had a great time in the 90s n 80s . Love from Glasgow Scotland ❤ 🏴
I don't remember the Gummy Bears. I have collected all the Duck Tales cartoons, the Rescue Rangers and Goof Troop. Darkwing Duck and Talespin are on my pick up list. It's been fun sharing the 80's cartoons with our grandkids.
I always think of the year 1 lineup for the Disney Afternoon. Duck Tales theme song is one of my all time favorites. The Moon Theme is epic on the NES game. I also really like zone J music on Chip and Dale for NES. I love they mention Bobby's World at the end credits of tailspin. Another show I enjoyed as a kid. Great video!
@@elibourgard8969 I’m with ya! Good call on that Rescue Ranger zone J music too, they really did a lot of great music back then for video games, with such limited technology haha
We didn't have The Disney Afternoon here in Canada. At least, not the programming block itself. I saw all of these shows on various channels here. Another one that I enjoyed that wasn't part of the lineup was The New Adventures of Winnie the Pooh, and then later shows like Gargoyles, The Lion King's Timon & Pumbaa, and Aladdin: The Animated Series as well. There was just something about that period of time for Disney animated shows that worked so well, beginning with DuckTales in 1987.
@@tgif1345 oh really? Well at least you got the shows! Agreed on new adventures of Winnie the Pooh, super catchy theme song on that one. And I still enjoy Gargoyles!
@@TheCassettePhase Yeah, it wasn't on any of the American networks that we picked up here, and it wasn't broadcast on any of our networks, probably because it was a syndicated programming block rather than a block made for a particular network like Fox Kids and The Kids WB were. But we got the shows regardless for the same reason. Oh yeah, The New Adventures of Winnie the Pooh has a great theme song! I still have one of my VHS tapes from the show. Gargoyles was awesome and very different from other Disney animated shows. They all were. Each show was unique and that's what I loved about all of the Disney Afternoon shows.
While I almost agree with the moon level music being one of the best there is, maybe its the best on the NES. I mean, you cant forget about the Aquatic Ambiance from SNES Donkey Kong Country. Also, do yourself a favor, look up SNES Waterworld map theme music. Also about the topic, I really loved ducktales. Its still one of my favs of all time. I didnt watch the disney afternoon as much because wasnt it on the disney channel or no, i forget. I did on occasion watch talespin and sadly till this day I can sing the end part of the theme song.
@@BlasphemousMusic those are also amazing songs! The Aquatic Ambience has been used so many times for various memes and things, and that Waterworld music is so relaxing.
I watched Disney afternoon and fox kids and then when it aired in 97 Disney one Saturday morning I really loved Disney's one Saturday morning nothing like that anymore unfortunately
