It would have been a mob of us rushing to help, grabbing first aid kits, bottled waters, fanning people, praying, digging in purses for ointment, a whole lot of "are you alright?", "where does it hurt?", "Can you walk?", "Somebody grab his other arm!". We are a family of nurturers to the extreme!! Falling in front of our family is a safe place. Now once we get home...thats another story!! 😅

Girl, my daughter was about 11 and seriously fell down while standing still!! She’s 28 now and still hasn’t lived it down. It happened in front of me and my mom, and yes, both mom and grandma laughed until we cried!!
The photographer fell at my cousin's wedding and we laughed way too hard. 😆 The guests didn't see him fall because they'd gone to to have a few hors d'oeuvres before the reception while the bride, groom and wedding party had photos taken. I was a bridesmaid and waited inside the church for our turn, while the bride and groom had their photos taken at the altar. The photographer stood up in the pews for a different shot. We could see him getting to the end, but for whatever reason, none of us said a word.😊 He tripped over the armrest and did some weird half somersault onto the floor. He looked stunned for about twenty seconds, got up and went back to taking photos. We asked if he was okay through our stifled laughter and he said he was. Seconds later, we were laughing so hard that we were crying. 😂 The bride and groom tried to hold their laughter and told us to stop, but we were so silly that we couldn't. After a couple of minutes, the groom couldn't contain himself and let out a huge "Bwahahahaaha!" 😅 That set us off even more and we were racing to the bathroom because we were about to wet ourselves. 🤣 My cousin, the bride tried to apologize for our behavior, then she fell out laughing. 😅 We all apologized, but the photographer said he didn't mind the laughing because it's their wedding day and he was getting some really good shots of them being really happy, and he even took photos of us bending over and holding our stomachs laughing, of us with tears of laughter and more. Those were some of the best candid wedding photos that I'd ever seen.😀
My grandmother laughed at her grand father funeral 😂 her dad was sitting in front of her an as he was crying his ears was flapping an he had very large ears an she started laughing uncontrollably she couldn’t get out the cause. She laughed so hard other people laughed with her. It caused her dad to cry more an someone said why your ears moving like that an everyone broke out in to extreme laughter. By the end of the funeral everyone was able to release so much stress an barely anyone was crying anymore. That day is now a joyful day an not sad

I am grateful for that family for not laughing. They were real sincere for that. But had that been my family, there would be some snickering at home, at least it would be away.
I always ask "are you ok" first and then I laugh. My family wouldn't care when or where, they're going to laugh, run, and fall out of their chairs and then they'll help you up.

This family has the restraint of the talk right before you go into a store with a black mother. I applaud you all. I come from a black family, I'm in a black family well the majority okay maybe half of my family is black but either way we would have been laughing, stomping, running, hollering, slapping hands, and countless of other things if this had of happen in or family. My sister is the habitual faller in my family and EVERY TIME we get together we're going to talk about her various falls because she had some epic ones. The time she fell down the side of a mountain (I'm laughing as I write this) and went into shock, also the time she fell out the car on the freeway and my Mother didn't stop until she saw her running behind the car in the rearview mirror. We tried to tell her but she shushed us because grown folks was talking. Yeah those will always be funny.
