3 years ago, I met met my mom's dad for the first time. She hasn't seen him at all since her birth. Which made me happy. Seeing people reunite with "lost" family members, makes me soo happy to see. I've got to know my 2 uncles and grandpa's family "Mom's dad" Because of that, I knew that my interests came from him. No one else, my interest in electrician studies and motorcycles. I am now studying and hoping to be successful like him!

You look good with the nehru collar! I had the honor of taking my mom back to Vietnam after 30 years. We had a reunion there and her friends she hadn't seen in 50 years showed up.. It was bittersweet because when I asked her if she wanted to move back, that I would get her a place and set her up with for retirement. She said that America was now her home and I felt the memories of the war were too overwhelming for her.. Thanks mom!

Hi Kyle, I love your videos. Love when you reunite families. I love watching videos like yours. I used to watch David Nostas (Busca Personas Latino), but he died last year. He helped reunite hundreds or maybe even thousands of family. I think he too started on his own but with time his business grew. People started finding him and he also started to get sponsored. He became very well known in Latin America. In the end he had a team that helped him work (help him search for info or any documents), he had appearances on tv, had many more sponsors and he was able to fly family members to meet eachother. Whenever I see you reunite families, I really believe you can really be like a David Nostas too. Become big, earn your money, have stability & more, and help people. You totally have what it takes. I feel like you just need to meet the right people for this to happen but I totally 100% believe that you can. However, I don't know if this is something you want to continue to do. Maybe you have other dreams, that is ok too and you should follow them if that's the case. But just know that there are people outthere who believes in you and believes in your work and that you CAN do it, you CAN make it. Just believe in yourself too. Maybe try applying for bigger projects outside of TH-cam that you thought was "outside of your reach". Throw yourself in the "depth", try new things, find out what you like and don't like and make new experiences. You can only learn and grow from whatever you do, nothing less. Wish you all the best
First time encounter your channel on recommendation. So your whole thing is helping people find their long lost family? This is so wholesome i actually crying a bit. God bless you!
Hello Kyle, thanks for doing the work that you do. I'm Vietnamese and I was born in Canada. My dad left Vietnam before the war to study university in Europe but my mom lived through the war and was only able to leave Vietnam after the war ended. After all these years, both of my parents never returned to their home country. For that reason, I would probably never visit Vietnam myself, which is why I really appreciate your Vietnam videos, as well as your reunion videos, because I can experience the country through your lens. I really admire your work, and how fearless and adaptable you seem to be. I hope you find a way to be more financially stable so that you can have more freedom to do what you enjoy. Wishing you success in your future projects.
Tbh, as a born Australian with Vietnamese ethnicity. Like any family who survived and escaped a civil war, that includes Nam. I will never go back because I can’t imagine myself being poor and happy like the rest of them.
Think of it this way. Lots of people in the West are lonely and feel they don't have any trust or connection with the people anymore. People are superficial and value materialistic nonsense over human connection and integrity, loyalty. Money cannot buy the latter. People move oun of communities they don't feel they belong in all the time. People take pay cuts to be closer to families and friends, or to have a better work life balance. People take on lower paying work to not deal with horrible management or co-workers. Those are factors as to why people can be happy on less.
Fifty one years is a very long time! Vietnam, especially Saigon has changed a lot, positively. Many don't even recognize it. Nowadays many old Vietnamese people living abroad want to go back to Vietnam for retirement, which helps them connect to the community speaking the same language and sharing the same culture and tradition.

my parents came to america in the mid 70s. My mom from Saigon, and my dad from Vung Tau. I was able to visit Saigon in 2006, but my dad passed away in 2017 and never got to go back to his hometown. I've always wanted to visit there to earn about his past. Seeing videos like this really help me feel complete. learning more about my country and my people. I wish I had the money to visit. Hope you are feeling better dude, its Totally normal when a foreign object scratches our throat or nose or eyes and then when its removed, it still feels like something is there. Its because the tissues get inflamed and swollen after a scratch or irritation, and you can feel that swelling like it was a foreign object, also the nerves can get a bit overexcited and keep signalling for a short time after the object is removed. Hope you felt better soon afterwards
I really liked this video already. I just happened to watch your video by youtube algorithm. I hope I can reunite my father with his family like this as it’s been 24 years since he was last back there. Thanks for sharing this video! It was happy for me to see it.
Jeeezeeee this makes me want to go look for my mom’s side of the family. I did two dna testing and found out we’re Lao, Thai, Vietnamese and Chinese.. my mom knows nothing of her childhood but was adopted and raised by a Thai family.. 40 years later she still hasn’t met any of her biological family.
Hi there, random stranger! JMO - I think you should look for your mom's bio family. Maybe for hers or your own piece of mind or just to satisfy curiosity and/ or know your bio roots. Do it while your mom is still alive. Are her adopted parents still alive, maybe they can help or remember? To start, you could use her birth certificate or adoption papers. Search for the orphanage/ church/ agency where she was adopted from. I'm half Viet and wasn't raised in VN. It was great when I visited with my mom the 1st time & met relatives. I've visited a few times since. Good luck!
Brother, this is amazing. I commend you for all that you did for this family! Can't wait to see the reunion. I promise I won't cry, but I am scheduled to cut onions for a soup I'm making so....
I just keep thinking of the unimaginable bravery it took to migrate abroad back when there was no internet, no wide-reaching cellphone service, heck, not even landlines in many places yes. Taking this into consideration and with lots of those places of origin plagued by wars and political unrest chances were so high to fall out of contact with your family and friends completely over the years. People went away for chances of a better life for themselves and their children, without any guarantee for success, but the price they paid was losing so many loved ones, the streets they played in in their childhood, the flavors of their home food, all the familiar faces and voices, the exchange between neighbors, the chats at the market and so on. It's a heartbreaking price that had to be paid back then. It's amazing you're bringing these people together again.
You're doing an amazing thing, so don't worry about not doing "enough". What you've already done is more than enough, just keep doing what you love and stay safe out there
The full documentary is still coming!! I'm so sorry I haven't finished editing it yet, I have been extremely busy filming a few reunion videos coming up! It'll be up soon.. A week or two... I hope..

kyle, long time no see but this is your calling helping families reunite, you're a natural at it. Stay strong and go with the flow..
I feel like that I am more like him than anyone else in the family, we spoke about his past and he gave me tips how to become a electrical company owner. I am now studying and hoping to be successful like him!
Ur finding family series never disappointed me. Cant wait for the reunion!!!
I have just watched your beautiful video .i am a 70 year old English woman who just happened upon your film. You are a lovely young man at a crossroads in his life and I hope you can find the right road to take in your life. I am sure fate will guide you and I wish you every success for the future .x
Wishing you all the best from Canada! Your videos hit hard for me as a viewer, but the impact you make on the families you help with live with you till you draw your last breath... through the lows just know you have made lasting impacts and NOTHING can take that away from you.
new here but this has to be the most wholesome guy out here what a genuinely good hearted thing to do for a family.
This was a really, really great watch. I’m currently living in da nang and it’s honestly such a beautiful community of people. Grateful this came up on my feed! good luck with all your future projects
thank you and thank you for watching. good luck in da nang
seeing my parents now be able to have visual contact on a daily basis with family back home in cambodia is such a blessing. technology has its flaws but it also has its perks. keeping families closer than ever
Signature Kyle! Another great video of family getting back together. i love these videos!
i'm over here crying like a baby! it's a really good thing you did! wishing every one the best. 💕
Everything was timed, from the delay of the hospital visit to the timing of meeting the old lady. Being part of a well knitted community also has it's benefits. That was also key. My neighbor next to me don't even know my name and we've been neighbors for years.
Thanks mom!
Love you from Sơn La.

What a beautiful story! God bless you Kyle for reuniting loved ones.
You are a great guy Kyle. Good luck to you on this journey. You are the only TH-camr I respect who made all the most heartwarming, touching videos.
One of the best side quests to be given this year
Bro, Respect! You are such a courageous and generous man.
First time encounter your channel on recommendation. So your whole thing is helping people find their long lost family? This is so wholesome i actually crying a bit. God bless you!
dude your honesty just won my heart ....i am subscribing..
Welcome back Kyle!
Thank you. I never left though... if you followed me on IG!
Not all heros wear capes. Thank you for your service
Great job Kyle. Chokes me up everytime
New subscriber here, I live for stories like this. You’re healing the people of earth, one person at a time.
Another good work of Kyle! Thanks for keeping us updated with your journey. You're making a difference!
Tbh, as a born Australian with Vietnamese ethnicity. Like any family who survived and escaped a civil war, that includes Nam. I will never go back because I can’t imagine myself being poor and happy like the rest of them.
So you imagine yourself being wealthy and unhappy? I'm sorry I didn't get it.
@@eduantech those were your words, not mine and clearly you know how to read
Think of it this way. Lots of people in the West are lonely and feel they don't have any trust or connection with the people anymore. People are superficial and value materialistic nonsense over human connection and integrity, loyalty. Money cannot buy the latter. People move oun of communities they don't feel they belong in all the time.
People take pay cuts to be closer to families and friends, or to have a better work life balance. People take on lower paying work to not deal with horrible management or co-workers.
Those are factors as to why people can be happy on less.
Thank you Kyle, was so amazing to hear this story in person when I met you in Da Nang too
Fifty one years is a very long time! Vietnam, especially Saigon has changed a lot, positively. Many don't even recognize it. Nowadays many old Vietnamese people living abroad want to go back to Vietnam for retirement, which helps them connect to the community speaking the same language and sharing the same culture and tradition.
Thank you deeply Kyle this video has really touched me//to hear you see you to listen from your heart the passion you have for bringing and families together just the overall umbrella that you cover big volume. Thank you Kyle respectfully and truly your friend Leo. God bless you.
I thoroughly enjoy these types of videos....families being reunited is truly beautiful ! A couple of years ago we found my wife's mother that gave her up for adoption 53 years ago. Once we found out her name, we asked our neighbour who had the same last name, he said that's my sister. Bullseye, we found her with the first call.
Kyle is awesome. Thank you for coming back.
Man this is touching, I can’t imagine being overseas and wanting to come back home to nothing when there really is something for you to go back home to
Not sure if you received the second post//comment but I was trying to say is this video really touched me just the overall passion enthusiasm and the love and joy you bring too many hearts and families and friends it’s just a beautiful thing the passion, you have the ability to creativityand everything that covers under this umbrella God bless you Kyle respectfully and truly your friend Leo forever
I’m just a Philadelphia native all happy and smiling once you met the dude on the bike. He was in shock
Had a smile from ear to ear so happy you did this amazing!
Blessing to you and your family
Incredible! Goes to show you what a little drive and tenacity can get you. I know flying there was no small effort, but to think that after that the rest would just fall into place... a miracle! Lovely video, thanks for making this happen and sharing!
So good to see you again Kyle! All the best with anything you chose is best for you! Seeing real life stories through your lens always brings a smile! :)
my parents came to america in the mid 70s. I only had that one chance to visit one time in 2006, almost 20 years ago.
Always enjoyed your videos Kyle! This one is extra heartwarming and bittersweet. ❤
What a beautifull thing you did , you can tell from the phone call they missed eachother so much even if it was so long and so sad she couldn't sleep and eat well and didn't alway's have the best time , and the reunion is gonna be sweet
Kyle, I love your work. I always end up crying for the reunions you do.. Bless you!
What you do between finding lost contacts and family documentaries is a blessing! And it really seems to be your passion and expertise.
Yes thank you, I do enjoy reuniting families and making documentaries very much.
Bro, we always miss you. The best part of my day is when I come home and you've posted a new video!
Awe, what a heartwarming story! Thanks for doing what you do! I still remembered one of your first videos where your mom was calling you crazy for traveling to Africa to meet up with a Vietnamese guy or something like that hahaha. I love that you are still doing this and that your channel has grown so much! Cheers from Los Angeles
Kyle you never disappoint. Thank you for another gem.
So awesome Kyle I’m glad to see another video uploaded many blessings congratulations much respect to you your friend Leah
My man, I hope you and your family are blessed beyond measure.
Reuniting families ❤
Welcome back Kyle. So glad & so very happy to see your video ❤❤❤
We need to get you more subscribers. We gotta get you up to at least a million. Everyone spread the word.
I really liked this video already. I just happened to watch your video by youtube algorithm. I hope I can reunite my father with his family like this as it’s been 24 years since he was last back there. Thanks for sharing this video! It was happy for me to see it.
love your vietnam vlogs, hopefully more vietnam content coming soon. ive watched all of them already.
Thank you for helping anyone you can with reuniting family members, friends.
Yes we missed you Kyle - amazing video!
Finally. I missed you Kyle. ❤❤
kyle, you out did yourself with this one. loved it. soo happy for them
A1 job brother!! This is your calling. To reunite families from overseas. Keep doing yo thang! Amen!
You're doing an amazing thing, so don't worry about not doing "enough". What you've already done is more than enough, just keep doing what you love and stay safe out there

Aunt Nga, you sweet woman! I wish you and your family hope and happiness.
The full documentary is still coming!! I'm so sorry I haven't finished editing it yet, I have been extremely busy filming a few reunion videos coming up! It'll be up soon.. A week or two... I hope..
3 weeks later... are you okay?
