I am the same with picking at leftovers. A good tip is to plate up all the portions at the same time. Stops you going back.
I always put something in my brioche rolls. Jam and peanut number , ricotta and jam, biscoff, and if I want it savoury cheese.
If you have a sainsbury’s or m&s nearby you should try their microwave macaroni cheese - it’s amazing! Also I know m&s can be a bit pricey but their ready meals are 3 for £7 (at least where I live) and so worth it!!

I'm afraid I don't. My hair is actually in bad condition from using so much heat on it 😭x
