I’ve been listening to jack for 3 years now, and it’s so nostalgic to just hear Dead Weight. Back then, I had an idea to animate the song dead weight with a story of my own. I don’t know how to animate….yet
It makes me so happy to know all kinds of people speaking all kinds of languages like jack. He deserves every ounce of love he gets and more. I imagine hearing him on the radio, but I think that wouldn’t be all that great, since he’s so special. He is a genuine treasure, and I always hope he continues doing what makes him happy and making us happy in turn.
Jack's music is like perfect study music for me. Nice enough to listen to, but kind of hard to comprehend and sing to, so it's good for background music
Every time i listen to his music, it takes me back to when i was happy, sad, angry, tired. Allot of the memories i get brung back to are usualy the most traumatic ones tho. Like me just laying in a corner with blood comming from my face and running down my shirt while my mind was blank. Nothing there. All i could feel was blood, and fear. Fear that the kids i was taking care of would see me. And get scared, luckily they were asleep so i was safe. My memries are deteriorating and ive forggoten the names of my own siblings for a while. That night the only thing i could feel was just pain. Not physical, i felt in my whole body and soul. It felt like no pain ive ever felt. It felt like i was stabbed in the upper half of my chest with i giant sword. Or like i was shot with a powerful gun. It was like, All the pain ive ever felt just came back and started attacking my soul. It felt like i had died. :3

Allot of the memories i get brung back to are usualy the most traumatic ones tho.

Drawing inspiration from folk music, his second album, Viator (2015), was released two years later, on September 18, 2015. Stauber's third studio album Pop Food (2017) experimented with pop, lo-fi, and a 1980s and 90s-esque aesthetic. The first two tracks, "Buttercup" and "Oh Klahoma", went viral on TikTok, and boasts a combined 375 million Spotify streams as of July 2021. His latest album, HiLo (2018), contains elements of funk, pop, and rock.
