    If the blower motor comes back on after you hit it that most likely means it’s going bad right?

    My blower works but the a/c flips from defrost to front and back. Need it only blowing out of the center vents.

    Excellent, many thanks!
    Saw another vid with comments suggesting many times with a bad transistor it is actually the heat fuse inside there. You can open the resistor, test tgat heat furs and solder a new one in for a few bucks if it’s blown. Much cheaper than the OEM!

    On the 2003 odyssey it's fuse number 3 from the top right corner of the fuse box labeled as #3 7.5A Heater Control A/C Clutch Relay Cooling Fan Relay and it supplies power to the front and rear fans and the climate controls on the dash seems the front fan motor is dead on this one since the rear fan still turns on like normal and the front fan does nothing at all and I can tell by the screws it's never been removed

    How sad to know that you talked about a blower motor in a Honda Odyssey without mentioning of rear blower motor.

    4:20 when you say is receiving both a power and ground, when I hook up a voltmeter to the ends of that white connector, it read reads 13 V. That means there is power and ground, correct? So it looks like I’ve got a bad blower motor.

    • @DennisHicks78749
      @DennisHicks78749 ปีที่แล้ว

      That is correct. If there was no ground it would be zero volts.

    God bless, peace and love to be upon you and your family in the name of Jesus Christ.
    Sir, I own a 2005 Honda Odyssey EXL 3.5L VTECH 6 Cylinders Res Navigation sunroof with leather seats (tant) first five VIN #'s 5FNRL.
    I need a Vtech spool solenoid valve and ABS control modules (all in one), do you have those parts available in excellent condition with no issues? Honda wants $500 for the tech spool solenoid valve and the ABS control module (all in one) for $1000. My car has 332,000 miles on it and I don't want to spend that kind of money because is not worth it. Can you help with those parts?
    God bless you all,

    Excellent video it seems that my blower motor got stuck so i just hit it with something and it worked thanks

    • @FrgottenFrshness
      @FrgottenFrshness 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Probably just dirty electrical contacts inside the motor itself I would recommend pulling it out and blowing the dust and dirt out of it with an air compressor there could also be something like leaves or sticks binding up inside it they're not too hard to pull out just 3 screws/bolts and a wire connector the one in the back isn't the easiest to get to but if it has the hex head screws/bolts a 12mm socket fit perfectly with a wobble and extension cleaning it with compressed air can also help it last longer

    Lol ya I got a 2004. But ya after you told me about knocking on the blower and where it was I kicked it. N it came on lol. But why does it do that? N how to prevent it?

    • @LehewTech
      @LehewTech  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      That can occur when a bad connection is present at the connector to the motor or in the motor itself (typically the brushes will get worn and not make reliable contact) not much you can do to prevent this issue unfortunately.

    • @vandan1842
      @vandan1842 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@LehewTech is it fixable? Replace? Or just tap on it again

    • @LehewTech
      @LehewTech  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@vandan1842 I would inspect the connector to the motor and if the connector is clean and free of corrosion or damage then plan on replacing the motor because at some point whacking it won't fix it.
